While in Augusta finishing our xmas shopping we ordered food to go. Our first time in the Augusta branch, service was great the guys behind the counter were a joy to deal with. Food is consistent to what we know as Amato's. Nothing fancy but it's good and reheats nicely in the toaster oven.

This take-out and dine-in place was recommended by the hotel in which we were staying. We really didn't expect much except a full stomach. However, the pizza was enjoyed by both of us. As far as value, the pie was small and we thought expensive.

just had the lunch menu....huge salad didn't need to ask for more....5 bread sticks instead of 3....huge lunch serving ....delicious...wait staff perfect timing....it was a pleasant surprise....it was the olive garden of yesteryear....so good planning on dinner for 4 this coming weekend....hats off....I pray they continue the same excellence.......

The Lasagna was delicious and perfect! This little restaurant is âover the topâ in menu, service and food. And the atmosphere is on the level of a quaint NYC bistro restaurant! Brick walled interior and perhaps just 10 tables, make this place remarkable even before one tastes their food! The meals are even served in frying pans which adds to the atmosphere! And donât miss the Sangria and Tiramisu! As this place has earned a great reputation over the last few years, reservations may sometimes be needed! Again, hats off to the staff for making our evening so enjoyable.

I grew up in Maine, so Italian sandwiches hold a place in my heart...please stop by for a ham Italian with extra pickles, and you'll be glad you did. Great place for family meals. They have pasta and other hot dishes as well. And pizza. It's all good.
