Was seated in the bar area for dinner about 7pm, Saturday 1/26/2019. Piano player arrived about 7:20pm and spoke to my friend and I briefly. Began with drinks and was in no hurry to order. Rushed by several staff to order the entire meal in one order. That was not good. We were not sure what we wanted to eat but was forced to order as the waiters, returned several times. Having ordered, food- mediocre at best- was then rushed with a desert menu. We declined dessert, but had another glass of wine. Relaxing, as we just completed our meal in record time, being rush, consistently being asked if we needed anything else. All of a sudden a check was thrown at us on the table. How rude. In a few more minutes, we were then asked to get up and finish our wine standing at the bar as the maitre'd needed the table. He told us there was a limit we could sit at the table. We were barely there one and a half hours. We politely got up, and finished our wine at the bar. As we were leaving, the maitre'D walked towards the door with the owner, Ron, exclaiming to the owner that he turned over the table 2x. and there was a movie star in the dining. room. We were highly insulted. Never to return. This was the second bad experience with inconsiderate service behavior I have encountered in the past year. Maitre'd -Rusten, GM Avnor.

Got an order to go for the familyIt was excellent.We had chicken franchise, chicken parmigina and chicken picata dinners.They all came with sides.We had two with penne vodka sauce which they do at no extra charge.All the dinners were excellent.We ordered they said 20 minutes and it was ready in 20 minutes.Their salad dressing is one of the best homemade around.Thank you so much! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your meal and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know! We look forward to seeing you in again soon!

With 30 minutes to kill between scheduled errands and an empty stomach one Saturday, I found myself avoiding the traffic on the Post road and pulled up to this little gem on Hamilton Ave. In no mood to pick and choose beyond a chicken cutlet as the main ingredient, I left myself in the hands of the counter staff. Sandwich? Yes. Roll? Yes. Lettuce, tomato? Yes. You can see where this is going... I said that I was turning all decisions over to him, then grabbed a soda from the cooler and sat at a window table (yes, overlooking Hamilton Ave) and checked emails (or played Candy Crush..or both). Ten minutes later, with a self-satisfied grin, the counter person slash server brought me one of the top 5 sandwiches I've enjoyed. If you find yourself on or near Hamilton Ave, check out this place. Or find a reason to go. Oh, and they deliver!

Try the salad pizza. I went for it two days in a row, because I haven't had a better slice of pizza, even in Italy. The place is small and parking isn't easy, but you should make the effort.

I've been here twice in the last month and it is a terrific find! Great lunch menu, lots of favorites with some interesting new items, pizza, sandwiches, salads - and a great atmosphere that's very clean and looks newly renovated. I love the fast, free refills on soda too! Very friendly service, and they do delivery for those of us who work late in the area - much appreciated!

Always just right. Great take out in the front... delightful service in the back room. Popular and long-established. The salads, pastas, specials, desserts all really fresh and good. This is one place in Greenwich that doesn't break the bank and never disappoints.

The ambiance is very nice. It is upscale dining with a masculine feeling; like a traditional steakhouse. The bar is spacious and comfortable. They have a large number of beverage selections.The table seating is very pleasant. The menu has traditional excellent steaks. The also have excellent seafood, pasta and other choices. Try the pork chop; very unique. The wine menu is plentiful. It is pricey- to be expected; itâs fine dining in Greenwich. The service was very attentive.

This was our highlight meal in Greenwich. Real Italian. Buzzy. Food was good. When we were there so were it seemed many older B list celebrities we recognised, but couldnât identify. Obviously popular with locals therefore which is always a good sign.

We go a few times a year, usually a drink and snack at the bar. Today it was the pizza. The wood oven gives the crust a light char and the toppings were great. Sitting at the bar, service is always great.
