After a long day of exploring, we wanted something familiar, fast and inexpensive to eat. We ordered a couple of personal pizzas and my son ordered boneless wings. They brought the wings first, then drinks, then came and told us that they don't have personal pizza crust. So they made us a medium pizza, which was fine but took another 20 minutes. My son was already done with his "sticky" (as he called them) boneless wings by the time the pizza came out. We were not offered refills on our drinks. The table next to us asked for the difference between the three pizza crusts and the server repeatedly and rudely responded "thin, medium, and thick", like the customer was an idiot for asking. Won't return if we're in the area.

During our annual family outing to Glenwood Springs, one highlight has always been eating pizza at Russo's. I usually order more than we can eat because Russo's pizza is normally excellent and I will have it for a later snack. This year was an exception where the pizzas were only fair. I-70 was closed due to a fire in the canyon and Russo's was very busy. Unfortunately, that is not a good excuse and is a good way to lose customers. We have been going to Russo's for a number of years and will again try them on our next trip. I will submit a new review based on my future visit. I am only doing that since we have normally had outstanding pizza at Russo's.

When we arrived at the Cedar Lodge at 2:30 in the afternoon, we thought we'd have trouble finding a place to deliver a pizza between lunch and dinner. Fortunately, we found Uncle Pizza on Google and ordered two pizzas which were delivered to us quickly. We tried both the regular crust and the thin crust. Both were good. I preferred the thin crust, but I generally do. I'm glad we had the option to order from someplace different than the usual chains. This is a local business and their attention to customer service shows.

My family of 5 had dinner here, ordering 2 different kinds of pizza, salads, and bread appetizers. It also had a nice selection of beers. The food was good, service was good, but the prices were a little high. My family enjoyed our meal and the nice atmosphere of the restaurant. We were on vacation but would eat here again when we return.

Cozy, quaint place located in basement off pedestrian way. Parking behind building. Not handicap accessible.Decor remains unchanged from last visit many years ago.Better than Olive Garden or some other faux Italian restaurant. Menu is good, yet probably due for an update.Service was not as good as food. We were ignored, or overlooked, and response was slow.

Went here based on excellent reviews on TA; while my experience was good, it wasn't overwhelming. Guess I was looking for a wider selection of choices: there was only 1 veal dish on the menu and only a couple of pasta dishes. Realized after we sat down outside that that's not the greatest place - we only could see people walking above it so the ambiance of eating outside wasn't there
