I truly have not ever loved every single fish served to me, but this was amazing. Reservations are a must...they won't even try to fit you in. Clearly they only make enough for the reservations they take (even with empty chairs/tables). Very bizarre trying to find it, as it's truly out of the way. We walked a quarter mile from our car and grateful the guy pointed us in the right direction. What a delight! Besides all you can eat it was all the wine you could drink for 70 euroâ¤ï¸

we went to the pizzeria scattu twice, because the food is good and the prices are more than okay. both times we went there in the evening for dinner and there were both times a lot of guests around...a sign...that the food should be good at this place. the pizzeria scattu is located on the main street of tortoli and the outdoor terrace is simply the pavement of the street and so it was a little bit crowded with all the people who passed there. we ordered beer and water for drinks and every time pizza in combination with a mixed salat. the preparation was very fast, but all the pizzas were very good, the mixed salats aslo. the service staff not professional, but well trained, friendly and fast...unfortunatelly not high attendent. at scattu we had our cheapest dinners during our stay in the area of tortolli. 2 pizzas with salat and drinks kost around 30 euro and in relation to other restaurants it was 20 euro cheaper. realy a nice price and the pizzaria is a good place for low budget travellers.generelly we can recomment the pizzeria scattu very much. a nice and lively place with good food for little money.

We (a family of 7 adults and a child of 11) had dinner here. The food and service is of a very high standard. Our party tried many various dishes and everybody was impressed with all the courses. The owner even made two different vinaigrettes and a special spicy sauce for an octopus dish at the table! We were all extremely pleased with our meals and wines and would give this restaurant a Michelin star if we could! You should try to eat here - but unfortunately they close from October-April :(

The service of this place is beyond ridiculous, I called for reservations two times and had the reception girl hang up twice! Then I showed up in person and got a notice from he reception that they couldn't take reservations before 1800 - this was 1740! I'm glad I never left my money there.

We had a lovely meal in this restaurant. The bar for pre-dinner drinks lacked atmosphere and views but the dinner itself more than made up for that. Service was exceptionally good. The restaurant was buzzing with happy customers and we had delicious food, especially the beef tagliata and the creative desserts. This was the best meal we ate in our two weeks in Sardinia and it is worth seeking out if in this area.

This restaurant has excellent service from the polite and courteous staff and it is also pet friendly and they treat our dog as if it was a human! The food is brilliant and has a wide selection, this place for me ticks all the right boxes. If you visit arabatax be sure to try here, you wonât be disappointed with the food or service!

Buongustaio boasts the thinnest pizza crust this side of Naples. That bold statement aside, first and foremost, this is truly a neighborhood restaurant that features, among other appetizing choices, delicious pizza pie. You'll encounter a relaxed, unassuming atmosphere with families of all sizes chitchatting, tourists in for a look-see, teens drinking Cokes and texting...all thoroughly enjoying the lively outdoor scene. Ideal location on a quiet residential side street at the edge of town away from the maddening crowds. Ably owned and managed by two brothers recently returned to their hometown, Boungustaio also serves other tantalizing dishes such as their generous portion of well-marbled beef steak with fries and tender chicken cutlet with tossed salad. Our family tried a number of their more than four dozen varieties of pizza to choose from with the quatri formaggi, bufala, and Napoli the hands-down winners. But first start your meal with a bowl of Sardinian style fried olives and a glass or two of unfiltered Ichnusu beer. Did I mention that the waiters are friendly, engaging and efficient? But it's a given that if you're in a hurry, better order your meal to-go since this spot has become a very popular venue due to the quality and reasonable prices. We wholeheartedly recommend Buongustaio for food and fun.

Nicely situated between the sea and the lake. The view, over one of the canals where they grow various kinds of sea food, is great. The atmosphere pleasant, even with the radio on. Unfortunately, there is only one menu on offer, so one antipasti, one primo piatto and one secundo piatto. The antipasti, a seafood salad, seems to come right out of a can and not from the sea. The starter (risotto) was okay; the main course (sea bream) too salty. Since then we enjoyed many similar but better dishes in different places.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel genuinely welcome. We were seated promptly and handed the menu, which was extensive and had something for everyone. We ordered pizzas, and our request for slight changes to the pizzas were met with no problems at all. The drinks arrived quickly and the pizzas soon after. I have to say that it has been a long time since I've eaten a pizza as good as this - and I lived in Italy for many years. It was cooked to perfection, using quality ingredients. My wife ordered a pizza without cheese, as she is lactose intolerant. When this later came up in conversation with the host, he insisted on preparing her a new pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, as she hadn't known it was available. In short, nothing was a problem for our generous hosts, we felt welcome, the food and drink was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable (I paid 5.50euro for my pizza, which more than satisfied my large appetite).I thoroughly recommend this pizzeria and will certainly be visiting again during this trip.

The pizza is unbelievable . When it comes to a good pizza it's all about the crust. Crispy, light and buttery. The toppings are all fresh and high quality hence making for a spectacular pizza. We also tried the gnocci alla scoglia and panfried calamari. The seafood was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended eating here. We were so impressed we came back twoâ°0 nights in a row. Added bonus in that prices are very competitive. Staff friendly and helpful .
