First settled in 1786, the city has survived a failed attempt to make Kentucky a part of the Spanish Empire, an occupation by the Confederate Army, disastrous fires, and flooding from the Kentucky River. This exciting past has left the capital city full of historic sites, museums, and restored mansions. Linney's is a Frankfort classic. The pizza is good but they have the best sandwich's in town! The Ham & Cheese on homemade bread toasted with butter is freaking awesome! The spaghetti and salads are good... The cheese bread is heavenly.. This is where all the locals eat!

Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Frankfort, KY. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked 'til you order them! Made with 100% Real Mozzarel
This is a great restaurant. The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant. The price of the food vs the portions could be balanced a little better. However, it is good for socializing and the staff is great.

Worse customer service ever! Would give them zero stars but that's not allowed on yelp. Save your time, don't go there, don't waste your money at this terrible place and you really do not need to finish reading my review, simply terrible. Wasn't event greeted when we walked in. Wasn't given a menu, had to ask. Finally ordered and the lady didn't even know what they carried on their menu. We were told it would take 12 mins for the pizza but had to ask for it at the 20 min point. When trying to ask the staff ignored us and continued to argue of which remote turned off a TV. I had to interpret that to ask for my pizza and they didn't even ask what we had but instead tried to correct me and tell me I ordered something I didn't. Then the two staff members went back to arguing over a remote instead of looking for our pizza. By the way, the owner is sitting at a near by booth counting money. I finally said to cancel our order and then one of the staff members decided to go check. I told her no and to cancel it and she ignored me and walked away. We saw them throw our pizzas in boxes. When I checked our pizzas they looked half cooked. The health department should check this place out, they aren't cooking their pizzas fully.

From our signature Handmade Lasagna to our famous Spicy Shrimp and Chicken, Carino's offers Italian
Never again. Completely understaffed, disorganized place. After church for lunch, waited for a space to open. Granted we had a large group but were told on phone it would be 15 minutes. Turned to 35. Then an hour to get food. They had run out of bread, later brought not quite ready bread to dip. This was not the waitress' fault. Complete management miss on appropriate staffing. Never. Be. Back.

I was in Frankfort with a group and we found this pizza place. We order several appetizers including cheese bread, cheese sticks, and pizza rolls and they were all very good! The pizza was excellent. It was loaded with toppings. If I visit Frankfort again, I will definitely stop in.

We had dinner one recent Saturday night. We had called earlier in the day to make a reservation and got a recording asking us to leave a number and they'd call later to confirm. We never got the call so no reservation. It was not an issue as, even though it was 7:30PM on a Saturday night - Serafini's was well over half empty. The atmosphere is nice and our expectations for a great Italian meal were set. The menu was disappointing as the pasta selections were rather slim. I selected the pasta carbonara - a go-to of mine. The wine list was good and we ordered a nice Malbec. Service was fine and our meals arrived in good order. Overall - my pasta dish was no better than average (I've had as good or better at chain Italian restaurants) and I left disappointed. The flavor was weak and the noodles were sticky and a bit chewy, I thought. I needed salt and pepper to perk the flavor up some.Overall: average.

Buddy's Pizza is a laid-back pizza parlor that is unpretentious but friendly. It almost seems like a throwback to the 1960s or '70s, before the influx of pizza chains. During my visit with wife, son, and two granddaughters, we had a basic cheese pizza, cheese bread, sweet teas, and a craft beer. Everything was hot and tasty when arrived at our table. The counter service was friendly. The establishment could use a little sprucing up, but again, perhaps it's the way the owners want it to be. The chairs in the adjoining dining room are a bit ragged. It's a place I'd recommend, especially if you want to get away from the big franchises and looking for a place to eat in downtown Frankfort.
