After a thoroughly enjoyable tour of the Chateau, we decided to have a quick bite at this restaurant before heading home. The waiting staff were very friendly and our food quite tasty. The disappointment came when I went to pay the bill. They would not accept MasterCard and I had to use Visa. This is the first time I have ever struck that from 15 years of touring around Europe.I must also add that I did not appreciate the uncaring attitude of the man who was looking after the payments...it could have been awkward if I did not have a back up card. You need to do better....

Nice terrace, friendly staff and sumptious food. Little emphasis on the Italian cuisine but international and french specialties are also available

Arrived at 7.05 on bank holiday Monday so very busy, didn't receive pizza until 8.30 so be patient at busy times especially if they are filling the upstairs area. Slow service but food was decent, good value for money compared to other restaurants in this town

This is a whole in the wall pizza parlor near the train station in Avon but the pizza was really good. Not sure what cheese was used but it was delicious. The folks here are friendly, helped us with directions to couple of places we were trying to locate. if you are wanting a different pizza, try it. Price reasonable.

This mythical address, old "canteen" Django Reinhardt known internationally, named " Chez Fernand "has regained its former glory by being taken by not less mythical Marcel Campion, famous showman who built with the materials of the great wheel of Paris a
we had a dinner with pizza at the pizzeria k, it was very well located, calm and with a quick service. the pizzas were average but the view is just great. We had the pleasure to eat outside and they have a nice terrace on the river Seine.

Wonderful super-busy Italian restaurant in the pedestrian area of Fontainebleau, fun, fast and furious. Excellent pizza, some decent Italian wines, outdoor tables and roving piano accordions in the street. Whatâs not to love? (Actually in my view the piano accordion. But they arenât part of the restaurant) So when youâre done with steak frites....

Stayed in Chartrettes, the neighbouring village, and this Italian restaurant is nearest. It has a friendly, local feel. Reasonably wide menu choice, including pizzas, pasta, meat and fish. Tuna carpaccio starter was pretty and tasted excellent, while veal mains was creamy and full of flavour. Followed current fashion with a pale pink rose from Provence.

Our favorite place for gelato any time of year! The selection of flavors is great, and they will let you taste flavors until you find the one you like. I recommend any and all of the fruit ones. Open late, so a good place to go after dinner.

The food was really good, the best calamari I have had in a long time. The first server we had made us move table and then wasnât happy that we only ordered a starter and a green salad but we only wanted a snack. Other service wasnât bad. I will say again the food was excellent.
