I donât know who writes the reviews for yelp and trip advisor, But if they say this restaurant is any good, they are terrible liars! My husband and I wanted something Italian and we looked at the reviews. So we gave it a shot! We hadnât even been seated when a server came over and wanted to know what we wanted for an appetizer. We had no water had not even looked at the menu and wanted a cocktail. By the way there was no one else in the restaurant. A sure sign! We told him we needed some time. He brought the drinks but he was back on that appetizer! Again what did we want? We said we didnât want an appetizer. I looked at the menu and decided on spaghetti Bolognese. But I would like a meatball. This is an Italian restaurant and they do not serve meatballs!! My husband also went with the spaghetti. I did not want a salad and I excused myself and went to the restroom. When I came back my husband looked at me. They had brought his salad with blue cheese dressing and it was rancid! At this point we got up and found the manager. He was useless. He kept giving us excuses, and excuses were not what we wanted to hear. He said that the restaurant does not serve meatballs! An Italian restaurant â no meatballs! The servers need severe training. There are way too many awesome restaurants in this area. Do not go to Johnnyâs Italian steakhouse.Thank you for your feedback and patronage. Brian was the manger on duty and he did call me the evening of your experience. He mentioned you wanted a specific Italian dressing we didnât offer and some Italian meatballs, both of which he didnât know how to accommodate at the time. Iâm sorry for your frustrations. I was pleased he made the effort to call me. I assure he would do anything within his ability to accommodate as well.We love to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests. Iâm sorry we failed you here. We will always prepare things that are not offered on our menu if we have the product available and the guests has the time.I assure you most rave about our service and cuisine. Our business model does not rush our much valued guests out the door. We desire to be very present, but not overbearing. We do encourage our servers to offer appetizers as most people love them. Iâm sorry this frustrated you. I will follow up with the server.I hate to hear you didnât stay to enjoy your meals you ordered. We appreciate you and are very sorry you didnât get the real Johnnyâs Italian Steakhouse experience. If you would like to discuss your experience more in depth, please reach out to me personally.Iâd love to see you enjoy some great service and awesome cuisine. Iâm happy to suggest some of our very popular and highly recommended items. If you have the time I can even personally prepare you some meat balls and special Italian dressing.I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.Kind Regards,Joe PoyeGeneral [email protected]
Donatos is a family-owned pizza company famous for Edge to Edge® toppings on a crispy golden thin crust. Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1963, we take pride in giving back in every community we serve.
The pizza was ok - but I truly believe that Donatos is too expensive for $36+ for 1 large pizzas, these are very thin crusts which is good - but just have out priced themselves. Sorry. I believe the pizza use to be better as well.

Walked in. First thing noticed the glass doors need cleaned badly. As well as a very foul smell upon entering. Thought ok still give it a try. Asked for a table for 7 and a high chair. She said it would be a 15 20 minute wait. why the place is empty?Probably because of the smell. Then they try seat 8 people at a table for 6. The hostess was rude and snotty I said we can't sit there not enough room. She said..we would have to wait longer. I said why there is no one in here. She said we don't have servers. I saw a lot of people standing around! We sat in the lobby for a bit. Then decided couldn't handle the smell we left. They really need to clean that place up and maybe get some new carpet. It actually smelled like cats, dirty smelly feet. Don't go here

We stopped for a later lunch around 2pm. the buffet was very clean and well stocked - both salad and pizza. Not gourmet pizza by any stretch, but a great place to take your family on a budget - three of us ate for less than $20.

Stopped in for some Sunday lunch after church. My pizza was pretty good. The service was lacking, but not really the fault of the server. She was very nice, but for the first half hour we were there, was the only employee there. Being understaffed typically means one thing to me- mismanagement. Would consider trying again for takeout, but definitely wouldn't dine in again.

Everyone loves Olive Garden but it's a chain and this place is a stand alone local business. The food is reasonably priced and it's obviously popular with the locals. We were there on a Friday evening and it was about 3/4 full. By 8 o'clock it was only about 1/4 full. We had their pasta primavera with chicken ($16) and their Cajun shrimp over pasta ($17). Both were very tasty and portions were adequate. We asked for a different shape pasta on one dish and asked to substitute oil and garlic for Alfredo on the other. They said, "no problem". Overall, the service was very good. We felt we had a good meal and at a fair price. We plan to return fairly soon. Check their website for discount coupons.

Ordered a Chicken Marsala Dinner. Salad contained cheap, limp head lettuce with mostly white cuttings and the garlic dressing had hardly any garlic taste.. The Chicken Marsala chicken breast had been fried some time ago and was reheated to only a warm temp and soggy breading. Had very little Marsala sauce. The spaghetti was not hot and the cheese topping was tasteless. The restaurant was almost empty but it took 10 minutes to seat us.

We got a couple pizzas, one just cheese, the other one loaded with four toppings. Everything is very good about them. (These are not thin crust style) The cheese amount is generous, the sauce has a great, non-overpowering flavor, and the crust is great for dipping. There was plenty left over because these slices are very filling.
