The quality of food is amazing and the variety just incredible. We ordered for some appetizer, just leaving to the owner (Luigi) the choice of which one was the best to taste; the result was that they brought a massive quantity of delicious appetizers (say 10 different dishes). Luigi also provided some explanation of the receipts, all coming from old rural sicilian traditions, he was very kind and friendly. After all such appetizer, we barely tasted the main dishes (that were also very tasty, but we were full!).Luigi also insisted to offer us the "dolce e digestivo" at the end of the dinner. The price was absolutely fair! Highly recommended!

Environment totally renovated and air conditioned , is at your disposal to help you discover all the traditional flavors of Sicilian cooking...
We were visiting Enna on a cold spring day, very happy to have come across this large beautifully appointed restaurant with great views. We enjoyed our lunch, service was very nice and food was great. We shared the salad, melon and ham appetizer which was amazing! Melon was so fresh and juicy, then as our mains we had grilled fish and grilled sausage, both were great. Portions were just right. Highly recommend this place. Because of its size it would also accommodate large groups.

The venue, which evokes the magical charm of Pirandello's novella, is located in Enna in front of the lush Villa where stands the imposing Torre Federiciana. The Liolà born in 1998, joined the warm welcome of the family management, the elegance and the re
We stopped in Enna on our way from Catania to Cefalu and had a light lunch. I took the gnocchi with pomodoro and my wife had the spaghetti looks. Both dishes was absolutely amazing! Really good Italian food! Perfeto :-) the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean.

Stopped on the spur of the moment to see the spectacular views from Emma. Worth it! Then needing a drink and lunch checked out Tripadvisor to find a place close by. Meimuna only 2 mins from the castle. Great pizzas (best crust in Sicily so far), fresh salads, good inexpensive local wines and very friendly and fast service for our group of 7.

On a day trip around Enna, I was able to book lunch for our group (we were seven) at this restaurant, after three failed attempts in other properties (evidently mid-August, outside the coastal areas, is considered in Sicily low season for tourists, therefore many restaurants are closed).Precisely because there were seven of us, we are able to express an opinion on a large number of dishes; and this opinion is largely positive.Let's start with the flaws (a few). In a "bruschetta" brought as an appetizer, the bread was singed (it was immediately replaced). A side dish of grilled vegetables, which I ordered, never arrived (and obviously it was not included in the bill). The other sides are all positive. The beef was appreciable, as evidenced by the four ribs, cooked in various ways, and the two stewed lamb ("castrato") that we tasted. A type of pasta typical of western Sicily, called "busiata", with swordfish and other ingredients, was ordered by four of us: it was delicious. Finally the desserts were all excellent, up to the fame of Sicilian cuisine in this sector. Then the bill, 200 euros all included for seven people, seemed to us perfectly adequate.

Ordered burgers, sandwich, cake and drinks. While the food was ok, it feels more like a fastfood that can be found anywhere in Italy or elsewhere in Europe rather than exclusively in Sicily. It is 6,5 euro for only a burger. No tables inside, only a bar next to the window and chairs.

So glad we found this trattoria on a day where the weather was so bad we were in the clouds. Really busy with local people so we shared our table with alaria who pointed out the truly local food on the menu. We donât speak much Italian - she not much English but we got on well! The maitre d was friendly too. We had caponata, farfalle with almonds and more! All delicious as was the cannolo style dessert. We had wine, coffee and complimentary glasses of moscato all for â¬40! Winner winner ... we were not milked for being tourists (as weirdly said by another reviewer) and the menu highlights all dishes on offer that day so you know itâs fresh! Never trust a huge menu and a tiny kitchen!!

Mostly locals who received all the attention. We asked for glasses of wine but were told "only bottles" yet saw others being poured single glasses while being chatted up by the waitstaff. Very large portions and excellent presentation. The food was "good" (not great) and it was by far the most expensive meal we had in Enna. Surely would have been better with wine, but we didn't want a bottle. The staff seemed to be going through the motions and while not rude, we just didn't feel welcome.

Went to Enna with the family and stumbled across Pacca Morra - what a find! Piedro was brilliant, talking us through all the special dishes of the day (and also recommending a fantastic organic wine) and the food was fantastic; the local pasta, basil pesto and mozzarella were especially delicious! Grazie mille Piedro!

We ate in this small wine bar restaurant on a saturday night before Christmas.Very welcoming and terrific wine list. Started with a glass chosen by Tommy and finished the bottle.Food is excellent based on very local dishes but well presented. Happy for us to share an antipasto (although cold plates provided)Need to reserve at busy times and ask for inside table if it is cold even though awning and heaters provided. An excellent experience well worth a visit if you are staying overnight.
