Really disappointed in meal I ordered a Margarita Pizza should not be too difficult for an Italian restaurant.However this particular restaurant could not have got it more wrong pizza was greasy tough and could not cut through it even with pizza cutter.Waitress clearly saw that I had hardly eaten any but didn't even ask if there was a problem.Waiting staff appeared to be totally uninterested in customers hard to catch their attention too busy talking to one another wish I'd gone elsewhere.

I'd never eaten in Caruccio's before but I was pleasantly surprised at the delicious food and outstanding service. You can see that everything is freshly prepared and cooked to order. We also ordered a side of veg which was a great suggestion from the waiter - Ethan. The portions are really generous, too. Visited here on Bank Holiday Monday greeted by very nice and friendly member of staff and seated. Prompt service for our drinks order. We ordered the pancetta, mushroom and pea penne and mushroom risotto, both really tasty and piping hot, dessert was really nice as well. All staff really helpful and as we were leaving our door was opened as we would have struggled as my husband is in a wheelchair which we do at many places, top marks and will return.

I had the calamari which were overcooked, and indeed some of them were burnt, served with a very thin dip. Not appetising. I followed with an American pizza which was a lot better and improved the experience. The waitress was pleasant and there was little delay in being served.

Very busy. All staff where amazing. Service was quick, efficient and first class. Food was fast, hot and absolutely delicious. Thankyou. We used a groupon voucher. Great value. We had trouble redeeming our voucher (our fault totally as first time we had tried it). Staff where so patient, helpful and understanding, thankyou.
