Melt is the restaurant of the hotel Saffron Leaf located in GMS road on the left side after you crossed the Balliwala Chowk and go towards ISBT.The hotel itself is maintained quite well and the restaurant is on the first floor. The staff are very polite and the rates are marginally high matching with the hotel standard. The interior is quite good and spacious. There are open separate partitions for privacy. The food is really tasty and portions are also sufficient.

Was in the vicinity and really hungry at lunchtime. Checked the TA app and found this place. Bit of a disappointment. The service is really good. The ambiance is quirky, and interesting. However, the quirkiness is clearly over the top and there is a poster screaming at you from every nook and cranny. But thats ok, one gets used to it.I ordered a veg mezze platter and it turned out to be an Indian-ised version, with perhaps the only original items being the pita bread and hummus. The latter had too much oil, but still tasted like hummus. Everything else had been Indian-ised with copious amounts of cheese, potato and yogurt. I had to leave all those items (I detest wasting food) as it was just too heavy. It is my assumption that when a place serves so many different cuisines, from Thai to Indian to Mediterranean to Chinese to Continental, it is not possible to have a high quality for each dish. Perhaps some of their stuff is really good but my experience left me with a bad taste in the mouth.Would i eat here again? No.

Heavenly Vegetarian Cuisine. A 100% Vegetarian restaurant, with scrumptious and mouth watering, fingerlicking Momos ,Spring Rolls and Sizzlers as our flagships.
Zen Panda, being one of the most distinguished places in Dehradun, has established itself with utmost pride and grace. They provide unconventional vegetarian dishes which not only looks good, but tastes yummy. The first thing, which I was served for lunch, is named as "Green cigars". Shaped like cigarettes, with spinach and bokchoy as the filling inside the thin cylindrical beauty, this dish is purely vegetarian and has proved its unique aura with its delicious taste. I would recommend all my foodie friends, to pair it with their mayo dip and kimchi salad. Chicken momos came as a surprise and this astonishment, turned out to be a blessing with a single bite of the dumplings in my mouth. Being a vegetarian himself, Abhishek prepares non-veg items with ease and perfection. Zen Panda has started serving Doonites with non-vegetarian preparations this year itself and you must try! Last but not the least, I tried their newly introduced appetizer, "Stir fry chicken in black bean sauce." You can pair it up with classic noodles or steamed rice to feel the ecstasy. I loved every succulent bite of the perfectly cooked chicken. Yummmmm to the core! â¤Thank you Foodictedfellow. It is a pleasure hosting you always
It is an open air restaurant
Have visited this place before too but I think this time I had tried their new menu. They have introduced Italian food too now. Me n my sister ordered their snickers shake(loved it.) and blueberry shake. My sister is into fitness so she had ordered Caesar salad and Greek salad following by cheesy nachos. We really enjoyed nachos a lot from the presentation to the taste. We also ordered lasagna and arraibiata pasta. Lasagna was out of the world but I am sure that they can work on arraibiata pasta a little. Interior are outdoor, which ppl can enjoy.

At the north end of the commercial area of Pacific Hills on Mussoorie Road, Kishanpur, Dehradun, is an apparently tiny place proclaiming pizza as a product. Do not be fooled. There are books, milk shakes and plenty of spaces, whether private areas for couples or for group of friends. Here, one gets the feeling that no one is rushed, but service happens on time. Pizza is yummy and service is so relaxed that the usual stress at placed serving pizza is absent. Yet, service is prompt and attention always available at the turn of a head, a great balance. Try out the different seating places, not just the different items on the menu.
The 3 Pines Cafe (nicknamed t3p cafe) is one of the best cafes for a sumptuous Mexican, Continental or Thai food & a variety of mocktails to chose from, in Dehradun. It is named so as there are three big Pine trees along the boundary wall within the premi

I have visited salt and cravings on different ocassions for satiating my dessert cravings. This could be called one of the best places for food as well as desserts especially in the Astley hall vicinity. Tried their tiramisu, brownie with ice cream, chessecakes and all of them were delectable. The portions are big and the prices extremely reasonable. Their burritos are a must try. A must visit for those with a sweet tooth.
