As I told them "Wow!". First time here yesterday. Sooooo good. You walk in and there are signs with many options on the wall. Don't be afraid (as we were). Staff so helpful and guided us along. Very friendly people. We had pizzas but I am sure anything is delicious. Best pizzas all three of us have ever had in our lives. Crust amazing and toppings made just the way you want. You can choose as many toppings on your pizza as you like for same price. $8.00-ish and well worth it. Gelato available for dessert if you wish. Beer and wine too. My husband, my 88 year old mom and myself said we could eat the same thing for lunch today. I will end the way I began. In a word, "Wow". No. Double Wow!Thanks so much! Hope to see you again soon. Thanks

We had gone one day for lunch and found it to be good. We have always liked Pizza Hut's crust -- what's not to like? It's greasy and crunchy at the same time! We had a coupon and literally ate for like $11. For a family of three, that is a steal. We went back about a month later. The lettuce on the salad bar was floating in some kind of liquid and I was told it had just been "shocked" -- is it a pool? I thought it was a bowl of lettuce. The Thousand Island dressing had a hair in it. Our bill came and it was like $30. This after I told the waitress about the hair in the dressing...We still held on to our memories of when Pizza Hut was good...you know, the '80's...and went back. We did not get the salad bar this time (we have learned, repeatedly, to not get anything on a salad bar...). It was OK. The pizza was decent but the not spectacular. But, OK.I wish I could give this a rating between the poor and average, because this is really what I'd rate it. I think the time you go in has a lot to do with it -- during the week, when it's slow may not be the best time. We've been three times, once was great, 2nd was disgusting, and the 3rd was just OK. It may be worth a roll of the dice though, given pizza options in Dahlonega.
For Papa John's Pizza in Dahlonega, GA, the secret to success is much like the secret to making a better pizza - the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Whether it's our signature sauce, toppings, our original fresh dough, or even the box it
Decided to pick up pizza for family movie night, had a community discount card for free cheese pizza with reg pizza order. I would rather order online but had to phone in because of card, they have to be able to find better help, guy tried to get off the phone twice while I was ordering without letting me finish. Pizza was really good, just order online.

My family was so impressed by the service of our waiter Jack! He suggested the special for me which was stuffed flounder with risotto and it was divine!!My husband ordered the chicken fettuccine and our son had lasagna all of us were exceptionally pleased. The house salad dressing was superb. We thought our dinner was complete when Jack offered dessert options and we decided to top off our dinner with the chocolate cake (I was thinking how good can chocolate cake be as I have had all options before) My mind was changed quickly as this one was so rich it was more like fudge than cake and the icing was decadent. Great for sharing!!I highly recommend a visit to Grapevines!

i have a monthly meeting in dahlonega (don't live there), and have eaten out downtown about 3 dozen times. but somehow i'd never noticed this place. and now it's my favorite restaurant in town. went with a group of 12 last night for dinner, and went back for lunch today. i had a caprese salad (which was perfect) and a 'small' calzone with italian sausage (the 'small' calzone could feed two people), which was just fantastic, and loaded with ricotta cheese. i will be back many times.
