My wife and I received a gift certificate for this particular restaurant in Briarcliff Manor, NY.It offered a variety of Italian food and OUTSTANDING service. Wait staff was constantly around but never over your shoulder intrusive. I would like to thank Edwin for his patience and courtesy. For the meal, I had Vitello Martini - something different but similar to veal piccata. It came with roasted potatoes and broccoli. I couldn't even eat it all, the servings were that generous. My wife asked if it were possible to order eggplant parmigianna off menu. Our waiter didn't even have to ask the chef or owner; her wish was granted. And - it was delicious and came with a side of Ziti - her choice of several offerings. Dessert - please forgive me!! - I had the best pecan pie (it came with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream) in my LIFE. My wife shared it with me - under MY supervision!!!!!Good value too and atmosphere was fine.Add this restaurant to your list of go-to's!!Happy to hear it! We look forward to serving you again soon.

I gave this an extra star for the wonderful patio overlooking route 9A and the surprisingly excellent service (timely, attentive, non obtrusive, worthy of a much higher level facility)Food was pretty good too but we must have ordered right based on some other reviews here. We had an unusual Sicilian style pizza from their wood fired oven. Well made, quite tasty and just the right amount of char on the crustWine list was not extensive but priced appropriately for the venueGlad to find another outdoor space (far superior to D'Italia where we had some bad experiences and will not return). We will be back to try the salads on the next nice evening that we are looking for cheap eats outdoors

Stop here for lunch with some friends and ordered the meatball sandwich with the peppers on top and cheese. The bread was amazing and the meatballs were just ride with just enough gravy in the pepper added on top of the meat mall brings out the taste of the meatball even more. When you're done with your meal to try the cappuccino it is one of the best ever I've ever had.

In the four years living in Croton we have ordered roughly five or six times and it is always tasteless pizza. The sauce is bland and the toppings , like mushrooms are not fresh, probably canned, too doughie and oily nasty cheese. Just not good pizza. But it's the only game in town open after dark!

The food is very good. Nice wine selection. The staff is professional and friendly. The space does get noisy. Live music (singer with a guitar) is a nice touch but a bit too loud.

Been to Fino's before and go there for good Italian food. One suggestion: if you put caprice on the menu as a special appetizer, please use garden tomatoes or, even better, some heirlooms. Hydroponics just don't do your restaurant justice. Otherwise, dinner was perfect and delicious.

We were on our way to NYC from Croton Harmon and wanted a bite, train was late. We walked to this deli from the station. Great Italian food. We had the godfather, the prosciutto melted in my mouth, the sandwich was awesome. I think this is a little hidden gem for this area. Must stop for lunch!

Grabbed a quick slice there with a coworker, sad to say we were both kind of blah towards our food. I got an eggplant slice, which was way too big (I know, weird complaint) and was therefore hard to eat. The eggplant also maybe wasn't cooked right, it just didn't taste as I expected. I ended up peeling it all off. My coworker also ended up scraping off the topping she had on her pizza (not 100% sure what she had). I just wasn't impressed, and now I remember why we stopped going to this one in the first place.

As an Italian food lovers my husband and I think this humble pizzeria type place has some of the best Italian food ever- even better than fancier more expensive places. Everything is delicious from the home made bread to the vinaigrette salad dressing and most of all- the hearty red sauce. The dinners are a great deal- Italian favorites like the Chicken Parm and linguine bolognese are superb.

We've dined at Eatalia a number of times and it has always been consistently excellent. The menu is varied and the all the dishes we've had have been terrific. Additionally, the dining area is generally quiet enough so that you don't feel like you're competing with everyone else in the place to be heard across your own table. Not sure what happened to those who wrote that the chef/wait staff have been rude. We've found them to be friendly and accommodating on each of our visits. But I will say that this really isn't a great place to bring small kids. Just not that kind of place. We like the place and we will be back. One caution: parking is across the street --- a VERY busy street. Be careful crossing over!
