I have been coming here for many years. Great casual atmosphere . Wonderful employees and most of all terrific food. Great place to meet friends for a great lunch. They have a varied menu. I have never had anything that I didn't like. They have different homemade soups daily. On the last visit our table had fried chicken, ribs, a patty melt and a chicken panini! Everyone was pleased.
Lou Malnati's Flossmoor pizzeria offers carry-out, delivery and catering services only.
Ordered from my daughters place while visiting downtown Chicago...pizza took forever to get to us on a Sunday at least 2 hrs from order time. Was so looking forward to this deep dish pizza wow pizza looked beautiful but was so flavor lacking I don't think any salt or seasoning was added the dough was so flat and dry... next time it's Connies pizza for sure!

Friendly atmosphere with a dozen or so small tables for eating in. The usual posted menu for ordering at the counter and staff brings the prepared food to the tables. Seems like a good place to order carry out. Small ice cream counter, larger wall refrigerators with prepared food to grab and go, and some shelves with a variety of gourmet food items. Soups, salads, sandwiches and pasta are available with the option of ordering smaller portions for combination orders. Our pasta order was HUGE (a bit overwhelming) with a tasty marinara gravy, sandwich was less impressive.Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have always loved their thin crust pizza. I think their sausage has a unique taste and they are very generous with their portions Plus I love the taste of their cheese
Buona is a quick casual restaurant chain that features Original Italian Beef, Pizza, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches and Salads.
Food was excellent, as always. Had an egg, pepper and sausage sandwich. The wife loves the beef and gets it every time. It was clean with lots of drink choices.

We were a bit worried when we walked in and the restaurant was empty. But it was wonderful!!!!!! Everything was superb....the martinis, the salad, the main dishes and the dessert. Nothing was less than outstanding. And the service was excellent. We don't live in the area, but hope to go back. It is definately worth the extra 5-10 minutes off of I-80 if you are just passing through. Highly recommend .

Pop's Italian Beef & Sausage is a popular restaurant chain that opened in 1980 and currently has 12 locations in Chicago's south suburbs and Indiana. My wife and I are waiting for Pop's newest location to open on West North Avenue between La Salle and North Wells Street in our Gold Coast/Old Town neighborhood. The sooner, the better. Until then, we are content to visit the original Pop's Beef at 7153 West 127th Street in Palos Heights and the location at 10337 South Kedzie and at 18328 Governors Highway in Homewood and in Orland Park, Tinley Park, Lyons, Joliet, Lockport and Romeoville. A group of old high school pals met in Homewood recently and sampled a lot of items on Pop's menu...chili, cream of chicken rice soup, Italian beef, BBQ beef, corned beef on rye, triple cheeseburger, double boneless BBQ rib sandwich, chili dog, even a one-pound jumbo shrimp dinner. We washed it all down with milk shakes, root beer, lemonade and fruit punch. Pop's would be a welcome addition to the North/Wells Street corridor.

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here. They have a back room that we had to ourselves for most of the time. The wait staff was a bit slow but eh food made up for it. The lasagna was out of this world and a huge portion.

We have been coming here for years but never had the pleasure of having friends and family in for the family style banquet. So much to select from and very fairly priced. We ordered the salad. Italian beef. Fantastic. Fried chicken addictive. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Pasta Mixed vegetables. Included was buns for the beef and garlic bread. ALL homemade no instant anything. And it was so good. Next time you have a gathering one here you wonât be disappointed

What sets Aurelio's apart from other Chicago-style pizza? We're different because we use only quality ingredients, serve a variety of generous sizes, and specialize in customizing orders to suit each individual taste. Since 1959, the Aurelio family has be
On a recent trip "back home" we had to make a stop where pizza is "heaven"! For over 30 years we have enjoyed the sausage and mushroom pizza at Aurelioâs in Homewood...thereâs nothing else like it. The sauce , the cheese, the atmosphere it all adds up to excellence. More than a dozen years ago we moved to Memphis where they donât know "pizza". Memphis is BBQ, not pizza. We even brought Aurelioâs back to Memphis with us!Whether itâs just you or a group you canât go wrong with the hospitality or the pizza at this iconic location.
