We have lived in the area on and off for about 15 years. The quality stays consistent here. I flew in from DC and my mom drove up to see me. I knew this was the place to meet. Tory L was our server. He was so helpful with my mom wanting to change the dish to her taste. The peach sangria was fresh and delicious. My mom is a super fussy eater and rarely finishes anything and she ate almost every bite. Tory knew it was a special reunion for us and he bought us dessert. The Fort Hood areaâs only non-chain fine dining restaurant.
Where to Eat in Copperas Cove: The Best Restaurants and Bars

This restaurant has been in Copperas Cove for at least the past five years. I have eaten lunch and dinner on the average of once a week at this restaurant and have no complaints. The food is excellent and the portions are large. Every once in awhile the service can get spotty due to new waiter or waitress; however, in all fairness to the restaurant if the wait personnel do not catch on quick they are replaced. I have eaten the whole menu over the time. The food was excellent and well prepared. The bread is made in house and all the sauces for the different dishes are also made in house from scratch. It you like Italian food this is the place to go. They do not have a full bar, but beer and wine is available.
Let me just say that the pizza here is A+. Deliciousness in every bite. Itâs too bad the customer service ruins it. I called in an order for delivery and when I found out it would be an hour and twenty minutes I figured Iâd go pick it up since it was already 8 and we were starving. No problem.... they tell me itâll be ready in 25 minutes. 30 minutes later I walk through their door and see 2 other people in the whole place and they hadnât even put my pie in the oven yet!!!! I sat there for 35 more minutes waiting. May as well have had it delivered!!!! Maybe some people have all the time in the world but I donât and will not be giving my business to an establishment that treats customers that way.
