Really enjoyed the Greek and Caesar salads. Really enjoyed the dressing on the greek. Very light and good quality olive oil. Lasagna was kind of sloppy deconstructed. Heavy and not even close to the best I have had. Calzone was pretty solid. Pizza decently good but nothing special and I would not describe it as NY style. Decor was just so so and it was a little on the warm side in the dining area. Decent beers on tap and in bottle. The staff was just super, super nice. While we were there, two other customers were participating in their pizza eating challenge. Eat a 30 inch pizza between two people in two hours. Win $50 and the pizza is free. Seemed like fun. They are still waiting on their first winners. I really want this place to succeed because they are just so nice but they need to step up their game a little.
Mostly when you order a delivery pizza you can only hope when it arrives that the order is right. TG doesn't deliver so you call in your order and pick it up. This is one of the only pizza places left who use the old style ovens. The kind that leaves a little char on the bottom and bakes the top just right without burning the crust. Memphis pizza is tasteless compared to TG. Today I ordered the pizza and was told when I arrived that they'd made the pizza wrong so was given a coupon for $15. Then they gave me the new pizza and it was still wrong. I wasn't mad, just tired of waiting by now. Without any comment from me, the manager then refunded my cost and lastly I got my right pizza. It tasted great as always. This fiasco never happened before and we'll return in future. The store is clean and family friendly. Our pepperoni, onion and sausage pizza was great. The crust isn't thin, but not thick...simply, just right. And the staff really cared even though their communication must have been off today. We'll be back and suggest you enjoy their pizza sometime.

This is a pizza joint... lots of kids, tables tight together, dirty floors (busy night), & plastic table cloths. That being said, itâs what it is supposed to be, great for kids, and family time- also, Excellent service! Unfortunately, the pizza is average, even though the choices are varied and the prices very good! $30.68 before tip for a $13 supreme and 10â Gluten Free with 2 drinksIâll go again for the gluten free on a slower night:)
Fine Italian dining at reasonable prices in a cozy environment. The head chef, David Grisanti, frequently comes into the dining room and talks to the customers providing a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Called to make a reservation last Friday night and left a message w/ details. After not getting a return call, tried calling another 6 times and could only get a recording. Called the mall where they're located and told they were having phone problems and then given a cell to call which we did at least 9 more times without anyone ever answering. Stopped by on our way somewhere else and they had a table so we stayed. Dinner was very good, but rushed as they seemed to be in a hurry to get us in and out. Brought out 2 of our 3 adult entrees. Gave me a steak that I had not ordered, but the other one was correct. Advised that I had not ordered a steak, but the Elfo Special and our waitress told me I had ordered the steak at which point everyone else at the table told her that I had not. Then they decided that the order was not ours and took it to another table. Then they brought 2 more entrees out and they were correct, but it took awhile for the last one. Removed the bread we ordered for an appetizer before we had finished and had to bring it back. Then, when I got my receipt electronically, they had increased the tip amount. Though it was not very much, they wanted me to come back to get my credit as they were not sure how to issue it. They did end up figuring it out and crediting me.
Family owned & ran Italian restaurant located in the heart of Colliervilleâs outside mall. It is one of my favorite places to eat in Collierville. The service is always great because of the friendly family service. My hubby loves their spaghetti with meatballs & I like the cheese canzone & the pizza. If I have any room left for dessert, the tiramisu or the cannolis are both to die for!!!! Highly recommend giving this family restaurant a try!!

Carrabas' happy hour is a real value. I had an excellent margarita for only $4; the tomato/caprese salad was bountiful and delicious! The place is very crowded on weekends, so it's wise to make a reservation.

Tucked away at the end of a Poplar Avenue strip shopping center in Collierville, TN, I have discovered a really good pizza restaurant. When out for dinner mid-week my date and I came to an agreement that we search for local neighborhood pizza that was authentic and unique. We both agreed that it was excellent. What a delight This place turned out to be.The crust was delicious and thin. The ingredients were fresh and the price was a bargain. Out with the chain pizza mass creations and in with the authentic and delicious local favorite. I highly recommend their bacon and Italian sausage. Yum and reasonably priced.I will go back...often.

I had consistently heard good things about Cafe Piazza. We picked last Saturday night to give them a try. Unfortunately they do not take reservations, at least not on a table for two. We arrived and were told it would probably be 15-20 minutes. The restaurant is in a renovated house on the Collierville Town Square. The porch had been enclosed so when a table became available on the porch we jumped on it. The temp was a little uncomfortable and I would recommend waiting the extra time for an interior table. That being said, the entire meal was delicious and unlike anything I have ever found in Memphis. The dishes rival some of the best Italian food I have eaten in Chicago and on The Hill in St. Louis. I had a cup of their crawfish corn chowder and we split a large Caesar salad. Both were wonderful and fresh. The chowder was rich, hot (I had been warned in advance) and delicious. My date ordered ravioli and I ordered a pizza. She raved about her meal and I enjoyed mine not only that evening but for several left over meals to follow. The service was attentive and not invasive. After an exceptional and real Italian dinner, we ordered desserts. My date had a Cannoli and I had chocolate chocolate cake. Being Italian she pointed out the authenticity of their recipe and superior execution. My cake was also delicious and like the pizza, most of it came home with me to enjoy for several days to follow. We definately will return and know we will find other meals to discover on their menu.
