Came here while staying in Clarion. We were a party of 6 and didn't have a reservation so we were escorted to the bar. The air conditioner was on full blast above our table so the ladies had to wear jackets. We waited quite a while to get waited on. Once we did get our drinks, the salads came out before the appetizer. The spinach artichoke dip was some of the best I have ever had. Warm pita came with it. The salads were standard side salads, and seemed to be freshly made. I had the vodka pasta with italian sausage, my husband had the Pasta Primavera, one of our son's had the chicken wings and pizza, another had the individual pizza and our daughter-in-law had a stromboli. Everyone was happy with their choices and we all had leftovers to take back to the hotel! We had to wait again for the check. I would give this place a higher rating if we didn't have to wait for our server.

Vinnie's menu includes a number of wonderful choices, but he welcomes the customer to custom order their own meals. I ordered penne pasta with shrimp, oil, spinach and parmesan. The waitress explained that additional items are $1.25 each, and offered a very long list of choices. The bread that comes with the meal is warm, right out of his oven. The restaurant has been updated since the last time I had eaten there, and it is beautiful. I enjoyed the familiar famous scenes from my travels in Italy that decorate his side walls. If you have not been to Vinnie's for awhile, it is time to return.
The place is run down. It seems the place can't compete with all the new competition and it has lost the will to go on. Pizza hut pizza is all the same to me but they need to ramp up their appeal if they want to compete.
