Vince's for Spaghetti Provides Banquets & Fundraising to the Ontario, CA Area.
From the sign at the road, to the counter, to the wobbly stools, this reminded me of restaurants when I was a kid. The servers were so friendly, the food was so good. I was by myself and sat at the counter. Many folks ordering take-out and you could tell that most of them had done this many times before. Great experience!

Conveniently located near Claremont's Old School House Shopping Center, right off of Highway 66 and North Indian Hill Boulevard, is Claremont, CA residents' favorite Italian restaurant, Buca di Beppo! Serving authentic Italian food for lunch and dinner ev
Bucca is a family style restaurant with Italian standards. We were at this venue for a Birthday party, and had reservations which I recommend. Six of us went right in, and found it crowded and very, very noisy with many other parties and families jammed in with just a little room here and there. OK. Sort of expected this. We started with one bar drink, other drink items and some Fried Mac'N Cheese, basically balls of fried mac'n cheese. This was followed with Chicken Limone---one 3 ounce piece for each of us---Spaghetti with three meatballs---which we cut in half for about 3 ounces of meatball for each---and a side of Baby Portobello Mushroom Risotto-- this was interesting because our guests were gushing about it being risotto. What my wife and I noticed right away was the rice they used. It did not appear to be the traditional risotto rices of Carnaroli, Arborio, or Vialone Nano. We were guessing a less expensive long grain rice like basmati or jasmine, and the "baby portobello mushrooms"...well again...not sure....they looked more like button mushrooms but may have been cremini, just couldn't tell because of the sauce and parmesan sticking everything together. Well, OK. Being a bit picky about the description on the menu. We did have a giant oversize Colossal Brownie Sundae which is why many go there on special occasions. It did look nice and was tasty. Here is main opinion as I bring this plane in for a landing. Our guests were using a 20% off coupon. The birthday dessert was thrown in and included an obligatory Birthday song by staff nobody could understand. Someone was coming around doing photos of groups for sale so we will not include this in the discussion or bill. My wife and I split the bill 3 ways. My share for this soiree was over $80 dollars for basically spaghetti, a sliver of chicken, some rice, and a fried mac'n cheese ball. YIKES! Given the noise level, food quality, and such, I'm just not sure about Bucca again. But my friends chose it, and they liked it, so there you go.Thank you, Daniel M, for choosing to dine with us at Buca di Beppo. My daughter has dined at Uno, Tre, Otto on several occasion...last week was my first experience.First of all, the atmosphere is so welcoming. The servers attentive and friendly...and the bartender is friendly and so knowledgeable. The fried Bocconcini served with a lovely marinara were wonderful. Tried the polenta...creamy, served with some toasted crusty Italian bread(yummy) but discovered after a few bites a hint of blue cheese(or Gorgonzola)...I didnât notice it listed on the menu...could have missed it...but, not being a blue cheese fan, could not go further. The pasta dishes we ordered were good. The pasta fresh. My daughters Musharraf up was tasty...liked her choice more than mine. I chose the cod and prawns with buccatini pasta...and lemon grass white wine sauce....the cod and prawns were wonderful, the buccatini cooked perfectly but the lemon grass threw me...The bottom line...if you have a more traditional palate this restaurant may not be for you. If you are more adventurous with new flavors, then give it a try.Oh...the Montepulciano wine was amazing!Note: the menu changes often based on availability of produce, etc. ...Will I go again? Perhaps.

We ate here wanting to watch the basketball game. There are televisions in the upper corners of the dining room- a little far to watch but adequate. The garlic puffs were amazing- soft and soaked in garlic and EVOO. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good and a huge potion. The boneless wings were also good - both the mild buffalo and the honey bbq. So much food we didnât have room for dessert though the desserts were tempting. The servers were very pleasant and attentive.

Everyday at Spaggi's is a new culinary experience where Executive Chef and Owner Henry Gonzalez dishes up delightful, surprising and delicious Italian cuisine. Spaggi's award-winning menu that brings customers from all over Southern California coming back
The strip mall type location does not properly show off the level the dining experience at Spaggi's. The atmosphere is very nice and the presentation is great! The food is great although like most nicer restaurants the portions are a little on the small side! All in all a great dining experience!

Chef Tom & Valerie established Aruffo Italain Cuisine in the Claremont Village 28 years ago, it's been a Claremont Village "Best Place to Dine Out". Tom and Valerie's delicious selections of regional Italian specialities is inspired by their Italian Roots
Always a delicious lunch. Pastas are delicious, and al dente, so they stick to the teeth, slightly harder than typical mushy pasta, which is authentic.Salads delightful, with tangy house dressing. Round bread with warm tomato topping.Full bar, and tiny but clean bathrooms. Friendly servers who do all they can to make your lunch fantastic.

We have been here a few times over the past couple of times. The table service and food have on every occasion been superb. This time round we were a little taken aback by the definitely frosty reception. On entering the restaurant 10 minutes early for a 6.30 reservation we saw three hostesses. After a short while one of them snapped âdo you have a reservationâ? The tone was not at all welcoming and not at all what we expected. We were promptly seated and the service provided at the table was absolutely excellent. We were close enough to the front of house to see that we were not the only people getting this reception. Perhaps some training would be an idea as, otherwise, the staff are outstanding and the evening was perfect.
