We came accross this small shop unexpectedly on a sunday when lots of restaurants were closed. The outside doesnt really pay justice to the quality you will find there. It looks like a small dodgy take away pizza. However the reviews found on tripadvisor made us confident. After looking at the menu, we decided to stay and eat there. Its not a restaurant but you can find a few seats at the counter. The owner is really welcoming and so nice. You can see her working on her pizza by the oven. The pizzas were all incredibly tasty with lots of high quality ingredients! The dough is fresh and crispy...probably one of the best pizza ive ever eaten! The phone kept ringing and the waiting list was fully booked for one hour and a half...and people would wait for it!!! Just to give u an idea how good it is !!hello. Thank you very much for your opinion on my pizzeria

This is a great place to go, but still I'll start with some caveats: you're in the Provence, so why would you go to an Italian place? Maybe you want a change after weeks of French food, maybe you just love pizza or swordfish, maybe the location was king (which it was for us)... plenty of possible reasons, but be sure to not miss out on local specialties. Also, friday evening is karaoke evening, so keep that in mind if you're not into that. The staff was friendly and definitely Italian - since neither of us were native French speakers, there were some minor language misunderstandings, but it wasn't really a problem at all. We require gluten free food for one of us, and we could easily communicate this. In the end we had a pizza, which was definitely quite good with the nice thin crust, and a swordfish steak, which was delicious and safe to eat for gluten intolerants.Secret hint: get the half or whole bottle of Gigondas red wine ("Haute Boissiere" if I recall correctly) because it may be one of the best reds you've ever had! I was sad to not find it in any of the stores we later visited because I'd have loved to bring some of it (a lot of some, actually) home. Gigondas is a rather prestigious AOC yet, as with the rest of the food, it was really affordable. Recommended, even though you're in the Provence.

Barbara's in the kitchen! And, that's a very good thing. If you're in Orange stop by if you like Italian food at reasonable prices. We stopped by towards the end of lunchtime and the outdoor seating was packed with locals. So, we went inside, ordered some wine and watched the food being served. Barbara kept cooking and talking with us until we had decided what we wanted. Very cool. We enjoyed the pasta with vegetables, cannoli with meat inside, two large salads and two awesome desserts. All for under 45â¬. Barbara and Nicholas (server) work really hard to make everything work for their customers. We'll be back tomorrow! Thank you, I hope of see you tomorow, regards Barbara

A great pizzeria with other options such as home-grown olives, local wines, frog legs, unique cheeses, and other regional specialties. Mostly locals, but should be on TA b/c of the nearby "Mas Julien" which has rave reviews.
Orange was packed on the evening of one of its famous operas, and it was thanks to our GPS that we found this super pizzeria out in the surrounding countryside. Excellent pizzas and friendly service in a very pleasant informal environment, and all at reasonable prices. Will visit again.Thank you very much for sharing your opinion on our restaurant. To the pleasures of receiving you again.
