This is a hidden gem. The food was excellent. The price was reasonable and the service was even better than the food. Highly recommended.

While visiting the South Park area of Charlotte, we decided to eat at the mall. Maggiano's is accessible from the outside, at the main entrance, next to valet/VIP parking. It is a three-story restaurant and it truly god Italian cuisine. There are a few "lite" versions made with hand-made pastas that cut the calories in half. Try everything in the menu... we nearly did!

Easy complimentary valet. First class white tablecloth seating and meal determined cutlery. The queen fest menu is a great way to experience Lucianos. The sausage and cannoli bean app is great with hot crusty bread with a nice crumb chew. The filet with lobster for a premium was a perfect surf and turf. Finished off with cremé brulee, nice and creamy and caramelized. Fernando was an xclnt server and the GM, Ronald, stopped by to inquire re: our experience. Always a nice touch. Ask to have you tea cup prewarmed with hot water, for hot tea.

Glad i booked a reservation! A bustling, sort of noisy restaurant but great service. Delicious food, plenty of vegetarian options (not so many vegan), massive wine list but no "house wine"....spent a fortune on drinkable wine! Location perfect for shows at the arena.

We were staying at Carowinds RV Campground looking for a good place to have dinner. Searched Trip Advisor and found Mama Ricotta's. Good thing it was a Sunday and there was NO football game since the restaurant is close to downtown. Very much worth the drive. The angel hair Spaghetti was cooked perfectly and finished in the sauce (not bare pasta with a cup of sauce dumped on top) and I had one of their meatballs, good too. The wife had the lasagna and it was done well covered with plenty of sauce and plenty of sauce throughout . Three drinks and their bread pudding bill came to 60.00! Would I go back, YES!

I thought the restaurant had nice ambiance and was geared toward upscale. Very pretty and clean which is expected as soon as you see the white linen tablecloths. The service was outstanding with server knowing his stuff as he had many recommendations from wine to appetizers and kept hitting winners. Your water glass was never empty. The wine and food was good. We started with the wonderful calamari and Burrata Pomodoro was very good; especially the calamari so tender and tasty. The entree choices were osso bucco, lasagna and scallops special and all were delicious!!The food was really good and it would be a fabulous place for date night or special occasion with loved one. Enjoy Luce!

We had made reservations for dinner for our anniversary. When we arrived we were wished a happy anniversary numerous times which was very nice. We dined in the upstairs dining room which only has 3 or 4 tables, so it was quiet and romantic. Our server Gary was excellent and made great suggestions. He provided the perfect amount of attention without hovering. We started out with the agnolotti appetizer. It was the only miss for us. The sauce and filling were wonderful but the pasta was very dry and not very warm. The sauce was great with the bread they served. The salads were fresh and tasty. My sea bass and lobster and my wifeâs scallops were amazing. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. We shared our meals so we each got to enjoy them both. We agreed they were both fabulous. We also shared the peanut butter graham cracker pie with marshmallow ice cream. It was divine. All around a wonderful meal and perfect location for a special day.
