Took my grandkids here...had 14" pizza and 2 drinks for $14.99...hard to beat. They have a wide array of other sandwiches, salads, etc. as well. Service was quick, and the servers were helpful and friendly.

Family-owned and expertly crafted wood-fired Neapolitan style pizzas. Local, farm-to-table, handcrafted pizza, pastas, desserts, and salads. Authentic Italian cuisine. Restaurant conveniently located just South of Chapel Hill on 15-50 at the Veranda comme
Does your local pizza place grow their own figs and serve scratch-made pasta? We live about 30 minutes out and it is totally worth the scenic drive! The pesto cream pasta, the meatball appetizer, the wood-fired hand-crafted pizza (so sorry the figs were not in season) and the olive oil cake is all simply delicioso. Make a day out of it. Head over to Fearrington for a glass of wine of go for a stroll on Franklin street. You will not regret it!

Casual neighborhood Italian restaurant located at Timberlyne Shopping Center near Weaver Dairy Road and MLK Jr Blvd and 1/2 mile from I-40. We offer Neapolitan style pizza, traditional Italian meals, Philly steak & cheese, soup, salads, wine & beer.
We consider this a neighborhood restaurant as it is just over two miles from our home. This is the kind of place where you get identified as a regular and the wait staff and the owner, Sal, greet you by name. I am gluten free and can enjoy pizza and pasta....all good. Large regular menu selection.Nice wine selection. If you are traveling itâs an easy place to stop and get back on the road.

My UNC daughter told me about this place near her house. I also saw an article somewhere that this was one of the best pizza places in the south. So...why not. Looks like a fast food place inside. Casual and very lively. Mainly due to the owner. Quite a character. Very nice person very passionate about his food and his customers. Wonderful person. They had lots of non-pizza things, but we were there for the pizza. Crust was very light. Maybe the dough they use, it's freshness or an additive, like baking soda. At any rate, it worked. Nothing skimpy on cheese, sauce or toppings.I've had pizza all over the world and I wouldn't put it in the top five of all time....but I really liked it. Wish the three of use had ordered two instead of one.Definitely will return. Good job PI3.

Mercato, in Carrboro, NC, has the most creative and tasty pizza in the Triangle. I am currently enjoying 2 delicious pizzas. Spinachi has preserved lemon ricotta, spinach, black olives feta and roasted garlic. Salsiccia has provolone, marinated kale, ricotta and fennel sausage. It's not just a pizza restaurant. Gabe Barker, the owner, dreams up a constantly changing list of appetizers, sides and desserts. Don't miss the cannoli! They serve beer and wine and offer take out. Go!

From the beginning with fresh, warm Italian bread and olive oil with a touch of balsamic vinegar, complemented with a fresh Greek salad and their signature Osso Bucco Di Vitello, an awesome culinary experience topped only by a very reasonably priced Italian Amarone red! Could do this daily!

Overall the food is good. Service was above average but not exceptional. The pasta dishes are good but did not offer Parmesan cheese. Would bring ice for a beverage then bring the bottle as by then ice was melting. It is somewhat rushed. Reservations needed to be later but it was a good restaurant to have in the hotel. Menu is somewhat limited. The scallops were good as were pasta dishes. I was not overly impressed but was above average. Can be rather loud and few booths. Staff is friendly but they might be short staffed at later evening. While kitchen is visible the cooks were seen chasing each other in the back like rather immature adults. Not reassuring compared to restaurants which hold themselves out to a high standard. Ate there 2 nights and the service varied as well. Not highly consistent. I would not rush back but is decent food for being in a hotel. Price points are fair.

Came with local friend while visiting. Had chicken marsala- excellent, and fresh salad and great Chess Pie for dessert. Very allergy conscious restaurant as we were both allergic to shellfish and had no issues. Beautiful pictures on the walls.I recommend for nice dinner, and have the dessert!!
