special place above the gorge of the river, by a bridge - at the entrance to the old town of Å kofja Loka, exceptionally cozy place, sat outside just to sample something small from their menu and enjoy observing the evening promenaders passing by. Had a ken sum (or something like that), and an ale from a local (Loo-blah-nah) brewery - a perfect dinner. Will definitelly return to try more from the menu ;)

An eatery with both a large seating area inside and a large terrasse outside. We had seen some excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and had hoped that the reastaurant would live up to its endorsements. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed. The service was excellent and the dishes arrived in a timely manner. The mushroom soup was very tasty, as was the spaghetti bolognaise. The pizzas were the disappointment. Their crusts were not crispy and the pizza had a "spongy" feel to it, not something that you could really dig your teeth into and enjoy. Furthermore, although we sat inside, we found ourslves constantly sharing our food with many flies which can be annoying - we strongly recommend that window screens be installed on all the openings.

Kranj is a very pretty town in the north-west part of Slovenia, around 20 km. from Ljubljana, where we went there by train in early afternoon which takes half an hour. The train, which runs Ljubljana and Jesenice, stops almost at about 10 staions before arrival there. The town is picturesque stiauted on a rocky prominence between the two Alpine river; Sava and Kokra. From the Kranj train station walking a bit up to the center of the town may take around 15 minutes. And you feel yourself good and say well done coming here. Beginning of the walking up you feel the rivers and may want stop to listen the voice of the rivers and watch for a while.Ordered pasta and pizzas , were so big and generous and delicious, against so reasonable prices.Service was so friendly with smiling face. When leaving I asked the name of the girl serving us, she said ; AnnaI said with an musical end " Ciao Anna ", and everybody, assume her friends or knowing her " ciao Anna". At the end as last I said " Ciao Mamma .!!!"A memorible enjoyable time we had by luckiness because no restaurant kitchen serves between 15:00-18.00 hours except romano.

Great food for normal price. We were there third time and was delicious. Some young waiter really didn't know what to do so it was a bit funny. Overall great and good for short stop. But not expect wome gala dinner there.

Just off the main medieval street of charming Kamnik, this is a friendly place where English is cheerfully spoken. My eggplant pizza had a delicious crust. Gluten free options as well. The small pizza was enough for me, the large only slightly bigger. Only reason itâs not 5 stars is the beer on tap is Tuborg, not Union or LaÅ¡ko. Enjoyed our early evening meal on the outdoor patio after a walk around town.
Best pizza and grill in town with best prizes :)
Nice stop for cyclists, for those who like big pizzas, otherwise other dishes on the menu are average - lots of meat, nothing special...
We serve all kind of traditional food from our region, good quality with low price, daily menus, snacks, lounches. We also take reservations for groups (weddings, business, ...).
The food in the restaurant is not very good. The waitress that served us was very kind, but pretty unprofessional. There are five different lunch packages available and they basically include everything that is on the main course menu. The luch package includes soup, main course, salad and dessert. Wife ordered a salad "Äebelica" which was drowned in water. Daughter ordered grilled stake and vegetables and after she finished it her plate was covered with oil containing burnt bits from the grill. My Weekend lunch 5: mushroom soup (had slimy things inside, clearly thickened with wheat flour, but tasted fine), steak with a mushroom sauce (very much like the mushroom soup - very floury), served with vegetables (carrots, cauliflower) and cottage cheese struklji on the side - acceptable. After the main course my daughter and I were waiting to get the promised salad, but the waitress disappeared and didn't bring the included dessert either. After waiting for a long time, we went to get her inside and then she asked if I wanted the dessert. After checking the bill we noticed that the dessert needed to be payed extra. So, not just that we did not get two salads, we also had to pay for the dessert that was supposed to be included into the lunch package. When we kindly pointed out her mistake, there was no apology. I consider that very unprofessional, maybe we chose a bad day/time to be served. The food is probably the same anytime. There's a lot of room for improwement, definitely.
Went to this restaurant with my friend as we had few hours to spend in Ljubljana between flights. It's about a five-minute ride from the airport and serves really good pizzas. Actually they were so good that we went back to this place once more while between flights again. The service is very good although not in so good English (menus can be found in English too). A large pizza is just below 7â¬. Large beer is 2,20â¬. They have a well functioning free WiFi too and clean restrooms. So if you're in Ljubljana and hungry between flights (or just plane hungry!) - check this place out!
This pizza place is about 5km from main airport. I have been here many times by now and must say that food is something you wont be able to complain about. The crust on pizza is baked to perfection, thick enough with fresh topings that are nicely spread and make pizzas a delight to consume. Either eating it alone or sharing it with friends as 8 piece plate.I also had lasagna which was yummy. You will also be able to find variable squid dishes. The only thing I can complain is lettuce. The vinagrette is just to bland and not acidic enough for my taste.Anyhow. Highly recommended.
