Small hometown Pizza with a Mediterranean flavour. Simple is better, and Colisseum gets it. There are several other options to this restaurant but that's like comparing a ribeye steak to a whopper! Located right on 213 in Centreville, you find your self in the heart of Queen Anne's county, but this just isn't a roadside pizza shop. Great prices fantastic flavour an authentic Mediterranean style dishes set this little gem apart from the rest. Don't miss out on the favourite of the house, garlic knots! Amazing, but don't take my word for it.............

Have a vacation home in Centreville and visited this restaurant when previous owners had it. This was our first visit since it became Mamma Miaâs. Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday and chose a table in the bar. Waitress came quickly and took our drink order. She returned with drinks and took our food order. Appetizer (Ahi Tuna) came out in less than 5 minutes. Kind of surprised but the portion was large enough to share and very good. Main courses (pastas) , however, came out about 5 minutes later. We really had only started the appetizer. Both pasta dishes were very good and nice portions. Really would liked to have given them a 5 but felt rushed and with very little personal service. Will certainly try again perhaps on a weekend night when not so busy.

If you're getting pizza and getting it to go, then ok. I would nto rec sitting down and staying. The wait staff are awful, the bathrooms are dirty (and wayyyy cold in the winter). I have been here several times. Get it to go!
