The night before his birthday, our son decided he wanted mussels. I knew where we could get some - sadly, that place was shut. So I had another idea - a local Fest Noz that I thought would be serving mussels - it wasn't. At this stage, I was told just to find some food and find it fast!We stopped off in Taulé and I saw Le Piazza. I had never been there before and I had two grumpy, hungry people with me. I knew they wouldn't do mussels but at least they were open and we needed food.I ordered a Royale pizza, my wife had the chicken forestière and my son had the Bambino pizza.Pizza is always a risk. It can be badly done - but when it is done well, it's great. Chicken forestière can be dry if done badly and the sauce can sometimes be insipid. The food arrived......and... wow! It was incredible! Really good. I mean REALLY good. Really really good. Superb, in fact! The pizzas were amazing. The bases were thin and crispy and... perfect! They were big too. The toppings were fantastically judged as well - not overloaded but not skimped - just perfect. The most annoying thing was my wife's chicken forestière - that was great too. I tried it - and I wanted it. It's just that I wanted my pizza too. My wife wanted my pizza - and her chicken too. My son, on the other hand, ploughed through his pizza loving every bit of it.By the time we had finished, we were full. Except that our son had a desert with his menu and I saw that they did a tiramisu maison (my wife's favourite). So we ordered a strawberry ice cream for our son and a tiramisu to share. Can you guess how good they were? Yes - they were that good! The service was great - friendly, attentive and... well, great! The decor was great. The atmosphere was great. And the price?1 Menu enfant - Pizza, drink (a can of Orangina) and a desert (strawberry ice cream) (7â¬50)1 Chicken forestière (served with chips and green beans and salad) (11â¬50)1 Pizza Royale (9â¬50)1 Tiramisu Maison (5â¬)A total of 33â¬50 - a bargain! We *will* be back!

This might look like an average pizzeria, but it isn't. The pizzas are really lovely. Our first choice whenever we're in St Pol de Leon. If weather is good, you can eat on the tables directly outside. Pasta is good here too.

The restaurant is located within an historic building situated in the old quarter of the beautiful city of Roscoff; it also offers a number of outside tables when the weather is good. The menu is as one would expect from a pizzeria, but in addition to pizzas, they also offer a selection of pasta dishes, omelettes, etc.The restaurant offering is perfectly decent, but perhaps the best aspect of the restaurant is its location, especially when sitting outside on a good day.

The four of us enjoyed a variety of fresh, delicious pizzas and desserts for lunch.Everything was well-cooked and served with a smile in this cosy, well-run and justly popular with the locals pizzeria. There's free off-street parking one minute walk away, or in the road outside.

Six of us visited La Radeau for an evening meal and weren't disappointed. The restaurant opens for a couple of hours at lunchtime then closes for the afternoon and doesn't start serving evening meals until around 7pm. Closed on Thursdays. Having seen how busy it was at lunch we decided to book a table for the evening session and just as well because within 20 minutes of us arriving for our 7pm booking all the tables were taken mainly by locals which was a good sign. We received a warm welcome by the staff who didn't really speak any English but with our smattering of French and smiles all round we managed to decipher the menu. Their speciality is pizza of which there are around a dozen to choose form (including a kebab pizza?) plus a childs version in the shape of a fish which pleased our 5 year old grandson. for those that didn't fancy a pizza there was a choice of three or four other items. We were served quickly , two of our party electing for the steak and the rest having pizza. These were of a high quality with a very generous topping on a very thin base that resembled filo pastry. Altogether we thought our meal to be good value and would certainly visit again.

An interesting place with a local atmosphere but not worth a second visit for food and service. The pizza was probably the worst I have had but I may have picked an off night as it was undercooked. It is not rocket science to cook a pizza. My friends meal was ok but nothing special. Service was poor and disorganised. Hopefully they will get better but I would not waste time visiting again.
