We like to eat dinner here were we come to Canazei. The food is unpretentious and very good, and the place has just some very nice vibes. However, getting a place entails a full-evening project. The osteria does not take reservations, and in high season waiting time ranges between 30 min and more than 1h. The owners sign up people in a waiting list, and everything works our in a quite orderly and friendly manner. And there is the possibility to have a drink while waiting. Totally recommended!thank's a lot!by Paolino

After our walk from the marmolade we unexpectly had the chance to experience the desolate outdoor feel of refugio Sandro Pertini. We were referred to this lovely mid mountain cabin by a local and were welcomed with open arms, a good meal and a hot shower. Breakfast was a real surprise! healthy yoghurt, bread and flower shaped cookies. what a treat! :)

The "Wurstelstand Pippotto" was born in Canazei in 1973 with the clear idea of ââstreet-food. Over the years it has changed more structures, that the present kiosk is the most recent. The products are targeted and refer to the German and Austrian classica
We have been to Canazei several times but never felt hungry enough to eat the takeaway in the early afternoon. But this day it was snowing, it was Saturday and the last day of the holiday so....It's a sausage/burger with sauce/gherkin,sauerkraut all in a roll job. Add chips (pommes frites style) add more ketchup and there we are - refuelled, warmed up, ready to go, plus its a cheerful and honest service. Try it.

Traditional Ladino produce is the starting point to creating our signature dishes. Spend your time in a refined atmosphere, either in the company of friends or that of your loved ones. Sit comfortably and dine in an intimate setting!
We visited for lunch and the restaurant offered a small business lunch menu. I like that the restaurant focuses on a small set of dishes rather than a huge variety. We ordered a pasta dish, rabbit, risotto, and roast beef. Our meals were very tasty and fresh. Only the pasta was still a bit hard and some of the decoration looked a bit sad. The tiramisu desert was wonderful and the right size. The service was friendly and helpful and the prices were moderate. I can recommend this place. Dear Thomas B,Thank you very much for your review, we are pleased that you enjoyed your lunch.During the week we offer our guests a business lunch, for a convenient and easy meal.In Italy we serve our pasta "al dente", which means that it still retain some harder texture, if you would prefer it more cooked you should ask for "ben cotta". I would be happy to suit your palate!Thank you again.Best wishes from Campitello.Vladimir and the staff

A very nice decorated Refugio just down the Col Rodella slope . Sitting in and out . Few rooms . Pizzas are excellent, good beer, great tiramisu. Service not friendly at all . Waiters dressed in typical Tirol outfit . No WiFi. Canât compete with the pizza and kaiserschmarnn ( desert ) at the Rifugio Salei . Prices not cheap.

Small gourmet restaurant in the old city.
We are talking about a gourmet restaurant, fin dining and interesting meals. The staff is professional and friendly, the atmosphere cozy and soft. After some days spent in Val Di Fassa, El Cianton has been absolutely the best restaurant in this area.Unfortunately they're not flexible with the dinner timing: you can get in to have dinner between 8.30 and 9.30pm. More flexibility would mean the next step to grow.Thank you soo much Topissi. We are proud about a feedback like this!About the opening time: our restaurant open at 8.30pm because before we have to serve the hotel guests. We prefer to be "not flexible" in order to guarantee the best service we can. Thanks for being patient and understanding: hope that the good dinner is what matters and what to remember.Grazie mille!

We dined here in Feb 18 and found it to be a delightful "little" restaurant. I can see why so many people return. The food is simple but very good. I would recommend the venison medallions they were so tender an cooked perfectly. definitely worth another visit.

We were very positively surprised by the very high quality of the food at this Malga. We arrived when the bread had just been taken out of the wood oven and it was delicious, made of several different flours and crunchy..Yum! The mezzelune filled with nettles were to die for. The egg, speck, and potatoes did not disappoint, and even the salads were very ninfe with fresh ingredients, nicely presented , and tasty. The desserts were excellent: we had kaiser smarren, yogurt With fresh rasperries, and ricotta with fresh raspberries. Most of the ingredients come from the Malga, where you can see the many cows, goats, and other animals. They also grow some vegetables. We also bought some cheese, speck, and jams, which are all delicious. The staff was friendly. The best place to eat near the Val di Fassa and I consider myself a demanding foodie, being Italian and really enjoying good food. We will return to this wonderful place. Thank you!

We stopped and had a late lunch outdoors at the White Wolf. Breathtaking scenery, beautiful weather, great service. And the food! The food shows the cross-country heritage of a place that might be equal parts Italy, Germany and Austria. My grigliata mista was quite good, but the absolute hit of the meal was the polenta con formaggio & fughi. Grilled perfectly, with the tiniest bit of crust, there was just the right mix of crunch and melt-in-your-mouth lusciousness in every single bite. In our family, we tend to share a few bites of everyone's meal, but today it was practically a showdown as to who would get the most of this wonderful delight! Oh, and did I mention the scenery? Wow. We loved our stop at the Wellness Hotel!
