La Bottega is not an eat-in restaurant. It is a great little Italian deli. They have very good frozen oven-ready meals (penne with sauce and meatballs, lasagna, etc.). They also offer sliced deli meat and cheese, fresh meatballs, several different types of deli salads, marinated eggplant, mushrooms, etc. Their buns are fresh and sell out by mid-day. There are usually some nice desserts and salads/wraps in the cooler, ready to grab and go. I love going in and poking around, I never know what I'm going to end up serving for dinner...but I know it'll be good.

I went to Mercasa Little Italy Eatery today on my lunch break. Firstly this restaurant has a central location and great curb appeal. The inside of this restaurant does not disappoint either. It is set up cafeteria style so most of the food is hot and ready for pick up making it very quick and easy. The staff was friendly, made eye contact and everyone had smiles on their faces. The energy of the restaurant was awesome and you could see that the staff were passionate about their jobs and the food. There is a good range of foods at a good price point and there are daily specials and deals. The menu is simple and concise. There is an option for everyone. I ordered the Azzuri panini which came with a side of homemade kettle style chips. Firstly the bread on the sandwich was so soft and fresh. The meat was fresh and the roasted red peppers and garlic aioli really brought the sandwich together. Great flavour combination. The kettle style chips were crunchy and very well seasoned. I will most definitely go back as I still have yet to try every variety of pasta and pizza. Who knows I may even explore the take home meals that they have as I was eyeing up the ten layer lasagna. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!

For the past 28 years, Pizza Roma has been tantalizing the taste buds of local Brantford residents with authentic Italian food. All sauces and dough are prepared daily with the care that has made Pizza Roma the number one destination for home-made pizza,
I reviewed a square delivered in 2013 - At that time I mentioned Luciani's was the same quality and actually 15% cheaper....Fast forward 2 years...They are still the same quality however now PIZZA ROMA is actually cheaper then Luciani's..We had a square with Pineapple, extra cheese, pep. and bacon - Great quality and fair price compared to the others of the same quality...

A restaurant focused on serving up delicious Italian meals at great value, all in a family oriented, fun and casual atmosphere.
Usually a good meal. Prices have gone a lot higher for smaller portions. I will not go back however. Our last experience included dozens of unwanted guests (flies) buzzing around our table. The waitress noticed us swatting however did not offer a different seat location.

Love, love, love Luciani's. This is the best place to get pizza in Brantford, the crust is chewy and crunchy at the same time. When you order extra cheese, you actually get extra cheese. Side salads are plentiful. Pastas are all fantastic too. If you pick-up your order, be sure to give a the crew a tip so they ring the bell!

Wood oven pizza, Italian sandwiches, gourmet pasta, Authentic Sicilian Rice Balls, Panzerotti, Garlic Bread, Salad, Slices available. Daily specials
After reading the reviews @ TA was hoping for a Za that would meet the expectations of wood oven pizza from Italy. Unfortunately was below expectations, not the thin crust that I would compare to other pizza joints. We order the Canadian and Diablo - both were average. Won't be back.

Been here twice and had great experiences. The patio is the best we've been to in town. The vines and eddison lights make it feel secluded and like you're in a small European restaurant. Service was great both times and pasta both times was spectacular. They even have gluten free options!

Visiting here with my wife for dinner. Yes the restaurant is wonderful. Apps were great. Issue is the waiter made a mistake, which happens, in our order for her main dish. She cannot eat it as it makes her sick. SICK. Ok will take home and I will eat it but please let's get this reordered. But it went on. And on. The owner handled this so poorly on so many levels with arguement. Along with the patrons that had to listen to him. After the same debate with us he did it to his kitchen. Waiter apologized. He did not. We paid our bill and left with my wife in tears with no meal. I was prepared to explain this in greater detail but it is not worthy. Nor my money.

Quaint, rustic neighbourhood restaurant. Thin-crust pizzas, classic and original pastas, panini and homemade desserts. Licensed.
Every dish is perfectly balanced with quality ingredients. The teramo is a must have and the bruschetta was outstanding
