Went here yesterday, as i saw good critics on tripadvisor...For me everything was correct without being super.The food was fresh and good but not special.The service was correct.I am sure that you can find better places to have a meal but if you want to play on the safe side then i can recommend this place.

Komisch Samstag mittags alleine hier zu sitzen. Ein leeres Restaurant stört irgendwie die Gemütlichkeit. Liegt aber natürlich auch nicht wirklich günstig. Saltimbocca ein Traum, Wein auch, Nudeln ok

I love eating pizza... so where you can find it- in an italian restautant. So I tried Arte Italiana Restaurant.I went for a few times in this restaurant, not just for pizza but I want to try the various italian dishes and I have to admit that all is delicious; I strongly recommend the house pizza, that is my favourite, and also not to forget the dessert,for me- Tiramisu cake. There isn't a big restaurant but a hospitable one. Also the staff is very careful.

In Bochum Germany and looking for a pizza restaurant, I stumbled on this place and it was great. Good wine, good pasta, good pizza, and good bruschetta. They spoke a little English and I think I heard a little Italian there too.

Wonderful dining experience. Went out with the family for a nice meal. The starters were generous and there was a wide selection of meat, fish, and pasta. Our table enjoyed our wine and desserts as well. Lively atmosphere with an outdoor area. Menus in English for those whose German is a bit rusty. The wait service are courteous and friendly - our waitress consistently helped the elderly out the door and the owner thanked us and wished us a good night. Overall pleasant experience.

We arrived on Sunday with the small town like this, most of the restaurants are closed or gone for summer holiday. Normally for pizza, pasta and spaghetti can't go so wrong and our little one likes these anyway, so we go for this restaurant.The waitress tried to be hospitality but they barely speak English, we did order food and the food quality were fine (as how it should be) but we came with 3 persons and there was a table with 6 persons came later than us. They get food at the same time with us and they even get their bill earlier than us when we asked first. Basically that is OKAY but don't put high expectation for that.PS. As an Italian restaurant, they don't have ice cream/ gelato; was a bit disappointing..

Iv been. To pizzeria piccolo twice now with my brother Jon and his wife pat . And. Met all pats family and Tino and was made very welcome . The pizzas are very good and so tasty . Can't wait to go back and try another pizza and maybe see my brother and pat

A gem of a find with a wonderful outdoor deck. The owner had recently been boar hunting and made a fabulous ragu to compliment some homemade pasta. The wine selection is wonderful and the pizza totally yummy. The service super friendly. A must stop if you are going to the Starlight Theatre

Sunday lunchtime on a miserable wet day so was quiet but the quality of the food and service made up for the weather. Unfortunately we didn't eat on an evening otherwise the steak would have mean a must!! Looking for a lighter lunch the family all had different meals, no one was disappointed, sea bass, gnocchi, steak burger, pasta etc all were delicious. Would certainly recommend
