Reviews on Italian food in Bath, Maine, United States. Having launched its first ship over 400 years ago, and still home to the Bath Iron Works shipbuilders, the city of Bath is proud of its maritime history. The Maine Maritime Museum celebrates this long heritage, with 25 acres of historic waterfront featuring original 19th century shipyards and exhibits. Named one of the "Best Small Cities in America," Bath offers visitors the opportunity to wander down treelined streets, along the Kennebec River and past beautifully restored 19th century homes.

Come and explore the cuisine of the Ports of Italy from our cozy restaurant on the waterfront in Boothbay Harbor. Named Ports of Italy #1 Italian Restaurant in the State of Maine! 2019 msn.com
Even though we didnât have a reservation, we were able to get a table very quickly. After a dinner of amazing lamb shanks, we ordered tiramisu to share for dessert. Our waitress brought it with a candle, and I was serenaded with âhappy birthday!â It was a wonderful way to celebrate my special day!

If youâre hungry...and anywhere near Bath, go to the Cabin (just a few minutes off route 1). Weâve only ever had the pizza and itâs great - crispy crust and delicious toppings. Itâs cash only, and they have indoor and outdoor seating and are well worth the visit!

Small little place in the middle of town, great cold and hot sandwiches. The bread and cheeses are good and they do takeout.

Great salads and deserts. The sandwiches are a step above what you get at your national chains (Subway, etc). Better bread, better meats, more meat in the sandwich and great condiments. The lobster roll is pretty darn good for a "non-seafood" joint. We go here quite often and we have NEVER had a bad experience. Extremely clean and neat. Great place for satisfying everyone's palate. I highly rest his place (including all other locations).
