My best friend and I had the pleasure of happening upon this restaurant in Atrani after a day at the beach. Christian, our waiter, was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. He brought us a toasty hot basket of garlic bread to start which was amazing. We shared the caprese salad (perfectly seasoned tomatoes and fresh mozzarella drizzled in olive oil) and we both ordered handmade pasta dishes. The sauce was to die for. I will never be able to recreate the tastes we experienced...it was truly a once in a lifetime meal. I wish I could eat here for the rest of my meals. Perfecto!!!

This restaurant is tucked away from the main piazza but is well worth a visit. It is about a 15 mins uphill walk from Amalfi centre. The food was excellent and the service attentive and friendly albeit on a quiet Friday night. Prices are about right and not over expensive as an earlier reviewer has suggested. When we asked the waiter what local white wine he would recommend he chose one of the cheapest on the menu at less than 20 euros. I was impressed! The restaurant itself is modest size but attractively furnished and set out. The sort of place you would go to with family or friends for an evening out rather than a refuelling stop. The menu was varied, starting with complementary bruschetta and finishing with a complementary limoncello. What was there not to like and a great last night on our holiday to Amalfi.

The restaurant, an old archway-covered boat yard, recently completely refurbished, is situated in a quiet corner of ATRANI, like a pearl in its shell, at 20 metres from the beach and at five minutes walk away from the centre of Amalfi. Ristorante Le Palme
If you want to avoid the touristic amalfi keep walking another 10 minutes and you end up in Atrani. Down at the harbour/beach you will find restaurant pizzeria Le Palme. Typical local wonderful Italien food! Three pages of pizzas all at decent prices. Well worth a visit.

This restaurant is absolutely fabulous, and actually quite good value considering the quality of food and service. We dined here on a Tuesday evening - you must sit on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The meal was perfect, start to finish. The octopus appetizer was the best fish dish I've ever had in my life - no words can do it justice. Just try it. And everything else we had on the menu was splendid. No further details are warranted - just go! Best meal we had on our two week honeymoon in Italy!

Pizza Express Amalfi is a small shop that you can easily find along the main street of the ancient Maritime Republic. Here you will find sympathy, speed and a lot of "goodness"! Anything you like prepared in front of your eyes in a few minutes!
After a long day on the Path of the Gods, we just wanted to crash at our apartment with pizzas and beers. Happily, Pizza Express sorted us out with great pizzas, made in front of us with fresh dough, in 10 minutes flat. The name tells you everything.

On the recommendation of Roberto at Punta Civita B and B, we ventured down to this restaurant in a rainstorm. How lucky we were! From start to finish, the food was excellent. Our waitstaff was professional and present throughout the meal and all of courses were expertly prepared. Do not miss an opportunity to eat at this charming restaurant.

La Rua "Pizze e Delizie is a takeaway pizzeria, rotisserie and bakery family business where all we do is purely HOME MADE with fresh and first choice products.
A quaint small local pizzeria. Family owned. Absolutely welcoming. We eat halal and they were most obliging to prepare vegetarian with washing all utensils and bakeware first and no mixing with any meat products. The kitchen is an open view one and one can see how fresh and clean everything is. The tastiest pizzas we had in Italy. The most welcoming of staff. Luv luv luv this place. A must for any stop in amalfi.

Treated myself to a solo lunch here in late September. Everything was perfect! Not only is the setting beautiful but the food and service is also incredible. My waiter Fernando suggested a meal of burrata, mozzarella and ricotta to start followed by a lobster spaghetti which was a special of the day. Fernando was very knowledgable and helpful so I took him up on his offer. He presented 3 lobsters to me at the table. I chose the blue lobster. He recommended a couple of ways he could serve it to me, for example grilled with vegetables, but I opted for the spaghetti. The food was amazing. The starter came with a bread which was similar to a pizza - it complimented the cheeses perfectly. The lobster was unreal! It was perfectly cooked - it was sweet but meaty. The service was perfect - very steady pace. Both Fernando and his colleague Luca were very friendly. They suggested for me a great glass of white wine to accompany my meal. My table overlooked a sea view of Positano. The restaurant is pricey but not pretentious in any way - very relaxed atmosphere. Worth spending extra - high recommended!Dear woodside27, grazie a million of time for such a beautiful review. I'm so happy that you have spend great time on our terrazza where the view is certainly incredible, but where we also try to offer quality food and the best attention to our Guests.Hopefully, you will be back in town soon; we would be honored welcoming you again to the Adamo ed Eva.Best Regards

We stayed at the hotel for a week and so ate at this restaurant twice, plus a few times for a light snack or a dessert and final drink after being out elsewhere.A classy, romantic atmosphere with excellent views from the terrace location. The standout dishes were the salted cod croquette entree. The beef ravioli main was amazing. One of our family had it the first night and the next time 4 out of 5 had it. It is a little small with only 4 pieces (quite rich though) but when we asked could we have a bigger serve the friendly waiter said yes he can organise 5 pieces. The desert standout was the arabica coffee mouse with chocolate cream and kahlua coffee sponge. We felt the raw fish tartare wasn't that great though (large pieces of raw seafood and pretty bland except for dollops of lemon) and the kaiser pear mouse desert wasn't great either, the mousse was quite lumpy (my apologies if this is how it is meant to be but I wasnt a fan). Service was always friendly but one time our drinks were forgotten and another time when just ordering a drink and desert when coming home from somewhere else it took nearly half an hour to get our drink. Not perfect but overall a great restaurant. If you are in Praiano for a week definitely put this on the list.
