Italian food prepared by an Italian chef! Great pastas, delicious pastas....I rarely go there because of my lowcarb diet but have been there many times before and have sent many friends because I am convinced that this place was the best Italian restaurant 5 years ago and still is now.Expect a busy place, always reserve!

....make sure to visit this secret hideaway! Stuck in the suburbs of Amsterdam this local hangout serves mouthwatering Italian dishes. As they make very clear before you enter the restaurant, they donât serve pizza. Well, you donât miss the pizza for a second. Fresh prepared dishes served with a smile. We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant and were not disappointed. There is plenty of parking in front of restaurant and there is also an underneath parking garage. A good-size restaurant with a fresh clean look. We dined with a group of 18 which did not seem like a challenge for friendly staff and kitchen. We had some shared starters, followed by tasty pizzas but they also offer salads and pasta dishes. Pizzas with a twist, good topping combinations and how pizzas should taste, all made it table within half an hour of ordering. We finished it off with coffees/teas and some desserts. Good value for money, it ticked all the boxes for us and have therefore no hesitation in recommendig this restaurant!Hi NL-Wanderlust. Lovely Italian, modern and very spacious. Very nice menu of usual Italian dishes but also some unusual ones as well , would recommend the pizza with Gorgonzola and ham and the steak with parmesan and spek, the parmaesan comes almost like a flat brwsd , but all the food has been good here . Service is excellent and friendly, with nice house wine, nothing is rushed and the food is very freash and tasty. You also don't feel out of place or odd on your own (often the case on a business trip) as I hate eating in hotels this is a perfect escape but it also looks great for family's as they have lots of space for perhaps a table of 10 . Highly recommend one of the best Italian I have had in Holland.

Hi Folks. Kapsalon Shoarma is a Dutch favorite with an Arabic touch. In our case, it consisted of beef sheared off a slab over a fire arabic style and topped with fries, Gouda cheese and salad. We came here on our one night stopover in Amsterdam. The food was delicious, ambience beautiful and service very warm and welcoming. Definitely five star experience and would highly recommend it. Our first time outside in the wee garden at the back.Very tasty pizza's, best in Hoofddorp IMHO.White wine (Pinot Grigio) bit on the expensive side for its quality.Good service.Certainly be back again.

We celebrated our wedding there. Michele and his team made it possible to have the whole place for us and they served us a delicious menu. Everything was fresh and tasty. We had a great varity of Antipasti, followed by handmade pasta with Porcini and then an excellent Tagliata di Manzo (Beef). As dessert we had original Cannoli Siciliani. We and our family and friends were very happy and enjoyed our stay at Peproncino. The team is professional and lovely. Great service and atmosphere. As we were mostly italians in the group we can confirm that the food is really authentic and high quality! Grazie Michele e Rita per la ottima esperienza!! Hi Folks. The best way to tell about an Italian Ristorante is to order their Lasagna. My wife and I both tried it. It was marvelous. Another way to tell is that all the locals ate there and it crowded even on a Monday night. We were lucky to get in without reservations. Find it, make reservations and go there. Regards, OldeBear
