I've been going to Issa's for 37 years. Even now I live outside Israel, I make a pilgrimage to Acco every visit. The hummus is tasty, perfect every time, generous servings, always accompanied by fresh vegetables and pickles and the best soft pitot. The family are lovely, it's cheap, healthy, vegetarian. What else could you possibly ask for in life?

Dalal is a young chef who shops daily in the market for his menu. Tell him likes, dislikes and preferences and he will prepare a surprise - or provide you choices off the menu in his head. Simply amazing food. Probably one of our best meals EVER, any country. Worth a stop in Akko even if you don't see the sights. Go! Really. You will not be disappointed.

If you love Goat products, this is the place that you must visit while in Israel. Ariel is making all the Goat products by himself. This dairy, combined with the Coffee Shop is the perfect combination for a great dairy meal!
If you know you're coming, it's a good idea to make a reservation. Absolutely delicious egg and cheese dishes. Fresh vegetables, salads. Great coffee (I had hafuch with goat's mild - scrumptious). Great cheese counter, beautiful jams and delicacies to buy. You can also tour the dairy farm if you have an appointment.

maadali is A small restaurant located in the Turkish bazaar in Acre specializes in oriental food with a modern touch fish meat vegetarian traditional local alcohol
We stumbled upon Maadali looking for a simple lunch and were so pleased. Delicious food - cauliflower was roasted beautifully, not bitter and very flavorful. The grape leaves were the best Iâve ever had. The chef owner was so welcoming and the ambiance inside the Turkish Bazaar is lovely. I definitely hope to return!

Flooka is a mediterranean seafood cuisine restaurant owned by Chef Saeed Shami, a local chef & winner of various awards! It's perfect for fans of fresh shrimp, calamari, fish, lobster and more! For meat lovers, we also offer a variety of exquisite fillet
We went there with a group of friends for a light dinner and it was a perfect choice. The salads and the fish are amazing. They offered us the daily choices of fresh fish and the owner was nice and helpful. The watermelon as a desert was the perfect ending. Don't miss it if you are in Akko.

Firstly, we were 17 people and the restaurant managed to serve us wonderful lunch: many appetizers ready on our table when we arrived. Entree choices were two local fishes, grilled: very good. The view of the sea beautiful. We were impressed how the waiter could stack up at least 50 dirty dishes all together and carry them off all at once without mishap. Part of the charm for sure!
