Went here for a Saturday evening dinner, they offer a menu with some of the items available as a starter or as a main course menu, very convenient. We ordered sushi and tuna tataki as a starter, ham on the bone and a burger as main, cheesecake and mango/whipped cream as dessert. The service was very good and prompt, they do offer a quite good amount of (local) beers and have some (not local) beers on draft. Portion sizes are good and the presentation is nice. Food was a bit on the salty side but not too bad. The ambiance is nice, later in the evening, this place turns into a cafe. The location is definitely off-center, but there are some other places nearby and a very small shopping center. When you walk out of the street you have a really nice view of the water.

Went with some colleagues to "eetcafe 't Bevertje" ; in a cozy settlement you can eat your heart out ! A tiny , small restaurant , with a big bar and a couple of table's , in the centre of the oldest city in Holland. This restaurant is normally closed on saterday's & sunday's , and sometimes it's for private party's on the friday-evening , but if you can manage to go there on a weekday's evening , you will not be disapointed. Very friendly staff and great food ! When ordering steak , the owner/chef ? is coming to your table and shows you the piece of meat he wants to use. Cooked perfectly , this is a restaurant you will be visiting over and over again. Dishes are proportioned oke , and prices are reasonable. During our stay the bar is open for visitors who don't use the restaurant , but it's not a "cafe like" environment. We loved it !

All that i will say is positive. The environment is classy and the space is cosy. The service is friendly, with willingness to help. The food is tasty and nicely plated. Price is fair.

Went for dinner after working during the day. Probably a good place for a glass of wIne or beer, but food is way overpriced and you don't get quality for the amount paid. No menu in English, but they translate the best that they can. I had beef steak with spaghetti, popcorn (yes, popcorn in spaghetti), and a slice of Spanish sausage (not quite sure what kind of sausage it was). Servers were friendly and there wer families and couples there to round out the crowd on a Wed. night. I am pretty easy to please, but I won't be going back here.

Went here for a Saturday evening dinner. The ambiance is good, property recently renovated and the 'material design' is quite appealing. Upon entering we did not clearly read the sign and we ended up in a full buffet of a private party, it seems the restaurant was downstairs near the waterside. Menu was very broad of choice and also offered shared-dining experience. Service was decent but not extraordinary, just good. Time between dishes was good to have an enjoyable evening. The food was pretty tasty and we enjoyed it. The dessert was a (very cold) fruit shake. Although good quality not worth the price, same for the dishes. We had a discount coupon but the individual menu items are priced quite high! But nothing to complain about the quality at all. We enjoyed our evening.

Returned with friends for a lateish supper. As usual, the welcome was warm & friendly, couple of drinks at the bar then seated for dinner. Restaurant is really warm, cozy, staff attentive and the food, excellent as usual as was the wine selection, overall, they consistently deliver exactly what we wanted, lovely spot, happy environment, great food & drinks, whats not to like?

I visited here for dinner with my partner as it had been recommended to us. OMG we were not disappointed!!! We had the chateaubriand which was cooked exactly how we like it, served with tasty chips and ratatouille. We then shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert and the flavours were delicious. It is the best meal we have had in a very long time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff were lovely, attentive, polite, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Visited on a Saturday evening for a family meal. Lovely seasonal menu with several off menu specials available. No children menu but we are asked what our 8 year old liked and they simply made him his favourite food. The service is something special and different. I think it might have been the mother of the chef / owner and what a lovely lady. It's like you are having dinner at a close friend's home. Quality of the food very good and combined with the service and atmosphere an Excellent rating more than justified.

We bring Paris and new York to Dordrecht. BistroTwee33 on the Wijnstraat in the old historical centre of Dordrecht is the ideal place to drink a good glass of wine during happy hour time or in the evening to dine in French style. By tasting the dishes you
When we arrived at this medium sized bistro (about 50 seats) we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table. The waiter (Peter) went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We wanted to order wine by the glass and had plenty to choose from against acceptable prices for a decent size glass. Water from the tap for free (that's how it should be!). All our dishes were well prepared and tasted delicious and were nicely decorated and laid out. For 50 euro per person for a three-course meal, accompanied with five glasses of good wine (the desert wines are worthwhile mentioning) we left feeling very happy and will certainly be back soon!
