Reviews on International food in Zamosc, Lublin Province, Poland. Founded in the late 16th century as a trade route link between northwest Europe and the Black Sea, and modeled on Italian trading cities of the period, Zamosc is an exquisite example of a Renaissance town, complete with its original layouts and fortifications. The old city center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its colorful Town Hall and Market Square are just two of the many lovely attractions here. Located in far southeast Poland, Zamosc is just 40 miles from the Ukrainian border.

Boheme is one of the most popular restaurants Zamosc. It is located in a historic building Bystrzycki, directly adjacent to the Grand Market. Kitchen restaurant is gwrancja taste of the highest quality. Part of the menu card is a typically Italian dishes,
The location is great, just in corner of the old square facing the town hall of Zamosc. The Polish autumn is cool enough to enjoy a good soup. We were offered Zurek, a Polish local soup which has been this trip's greatest culinary discovery. Zurek is made from a broth of soured rye flour and includes a spicy or smoked sausage and a boiled egg which is added before serving. Simple ingredients - divine taste. We kept sampling it in other cities - but Bohema's was the best.Main Dishes were A Deer stew and a Duck - both delicious!Don't miss an opportunity to eat there

Craft beer was quite good and worth the walk from the beautiful, quaint old town. Pizza was fine. I speak a little Polish, it was obvious I was a confused English speaker when the waitress was rapidly speaking. Instead of trying to assist my understanding she brought us the obviously incorrect order. All worked out though to our financial benefit. I do agree that we should speak the native language, but when the labels are in both English and Polish, perhaps helping the confused customer, would have been nice!

Very cozy interior, outdoor sitting in attractive square, most friendly and accomodating proprietors.
The resaurant is located in very attractive old city square called Rynek Solny next to Senator Hotel. It has a very cozy and intimate indoor sitting as well as outdoor area under umbrellas in the square. The food was delicious, staff very friendly and accomodating and the owners speak english which is a big plus if you do not speak polish. We went back a few times as we enjoyed iced coffees, walnut ice cream and pleasant conversations with the proprietors.
