Discover Restaurants offering the best International food in Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees, England. Yarm is a small town in North Yorkshire, England. The town is on the south bank of the River Tees and is historically part of the North Riding of Yorkshire. The bridge at Yarm marked the furthest reach of tidal flow up the River Tees until the opening, in 1995, of the Tees Barrage, which now regulates river flow above Stockton. As the last bridge on the river before the sea, it was superseded by a new toll bridge opened in Stockton in 1771. The oldest part of the town, around the High Street, is situated in a loop of the river, and the newer parts of the town extend to the point where the River Leven meets the River Tees.

Muse is situated on the busy high street of Yarm open 7 days a week, serving from 9am breakfast, lunch, afternoon sandwiches & salads and dinner. The menus are made up of classic flavoursome dishes with a twist, served simply with the emphasis on quality i
Modern light cafe restaurant on Yarm high street. Parking is always a little difficult unless you use the large public CP behind the high street. The food is good. Service can get a little slow at peak times. It's all good but not great. Some of the seating at the back of the restaurant is useless. You can end up staring at a bare wall. They really need to put mirrors on back wall so guests facing the wall can see the rest of the room.

Returned to Cafe Sapore for a family celebration for 10 of us, which required that we ordered ahead of time. Food was (as always) tasty and well prepared, and service was pretty good, although I recall both food and service being better when with a smaller group. I suppose that's the same for most restaurants... We ordered many things and the ones that stuck out were: The antipasto: a selection of Italian cured meats, cheeses & pickled vegetables and the scallops for starters. The steak, the pork loin and the lamb for mains. Kids love the desserts. Very good.

Expect really lovely fresh, tasty and ever changing specials all served with a highly professional smile, and not over excessively priced although starter portions a little tight on this occasion. What ales this place special is the atmosphere always buzzing without being over the top. Highly recommendedHi Monkeyhan,Thank you so much for your review. I have passed your feedback on to the chefs who work so hard to try and keep our specials interesting and changing with seasonal fresh local produce. Our team work hard to try and ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit when they come to Cafe Lilli so your kind words are much appreciated. Many ThanksLauren
