Great views from Los Molinos, fresh seafood and plenty of it. Service was reasonable and friendly make sure they have fried empanadas, meat are the best but crab not so shaby.Wine list needs to be upgraded a bit but they have enough so you wont go without a reasonable Chardy or Carmenere, recomended is the Pisco Sour worth going from Australia!!
Nice cofee and restaurant established in a former Public Notary, keeping that thematic in all their dishes. Appropiate quantities, modern cuisine, with fresh products and always a naturist alternative to choose.

We stayed here on a business trip and needed to travel an hour to and from the facility. The breakfast was so delicious and beautifully displayed. The staff was amazing and food choices were plentiful. I had scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and some red wine bread that was new to me. I could eat there for three meals a day!

Visited cafe de los rios after wandering around Valdivia trying to find somewhere to eat. Enticed by the promociones outside we thought we'd give it a try. Took a gamble on the sushi (always a gamble in south america) and it paid off. It was fantastic! 20 mixed pieces for under 8000 CLP and they were delicious! Came with soy sauce and even pickled ginger! Asked about wasabi and they did say they had some but it was dry. Easy five stars otherwise. Coupled with happy hour on pisco sours (and others) Total price was 14000 CLP for 2 people including 'La Propina' highly recommended

As we walked through the door, the owner (Nick) walks out and says "You guys have got to be Americans!". (I guess there's a look)We had been in Valdivia for a couple of weeks, and were really looking for something that tasted like "home". The 80's music was pumping, the crowd looked mainly like college students along with a couple of families, and the waitstaff was very attentive. This would be the first of two trips, in our last couple of days in the city.I had the Cadillac Burger. This thing was epic. A large hamburger patty, covered with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, cheese, and a ton of BBQ brisket!! It was fantastic! My buddy got the Dirty French Burger, looked like it had grilled onions and oowy-gooey-goodness flowing all around. On our 2nd trip, we had a group of 7, and everyone enoyed their meals... I stuck with the Cadillac. Who needs variety, when you already know what's good?!?!If you are looking for great burgers, and great service, this is the place!

We had a couple beers on the patio and the opportunity to hear a great group, Experimental Niebla Trio - great music and super nice guys from Santiago. The food looked great, so we will return ASAP to taste! Great service and good beer with a very relaxed atmosphere.
