Our restaurant is located in the city centre of Roermond. A 8-10 minute walk from the central station. Our kitchen is based on nice, fresh products from the region. With a relaxed atmosphere and open planned kitchen is this the ideal place for your dinner

Had a wonderful dinner here with my colleagues! A new, promising place in Roermond! Everything they served was fresh with beautiful and interesting flavours. Each course not only had an amazing taste but also beautiful presentation. A lot of tastes reminded me of my home country which made it even better!The interior of the place is minimalistic, mostly concentrated around wood, which added a very nice fresh and warm atmosphere to the whole dining experience. The staff was very friendly and informed us about every course we had.The prices naturally are a bit higher than average but for this kind of quality I would say the price is fair!Definitely a must go! Will come again!P.s. best bread ever!!! :D

The perfect place to spend a nice evening with friends or your partner. You can eat very particular food, with good wines. The menu often changes, so you can try different food. It is not a tipical dutch menu, but very refined food. The Staff is amazing, they entertain with you, they create a familiar atmosphere, and are very nice!! Price: 40-50⬠per person, but it is absolutely worth it!! We will cane back again. A great place for an excellent dinner! This restaurant is rather hidden and hard to detect but it's worth the go. The food was excellent! Loved all the three dishes. Started with a delicious Carpaccio, a must try Toff-stew, mouthwaterig..the meet was done to perfection and services with side vegetables and fries. For the dessert I chose The White lady which was a perf3ft end to this meal. The food is why I give this place 5 starts. Other than that the place isn't that big so when the restaurant is full,which was in our case, it becomes very noisy. We were seated close to the door so the cold wind would come in sometimes, for me personally it wasn't such a big issue but for others it wasn't that pleasant.I liked this place a lot. They do have english menu wich was a nice suprise.As other reviewers have said it's a bit old fashioned but the food is simply fantastic. Big,Big compliments to the chef!Would love to come again!Be sure to reserve a table! Place is popular!

Restaurant One never stops surprising. Having dinner there every year, we are still very happy customers. It's worth the trip to Roermond. We had the full menu this time. Beautiful amuses, sea bass ceviche (what a killer!), cod, veal and more. Dishes look beautiful and taste great. Great eye for detail. Word cannot describe the experience. Nice selection of wine (and they are pour generously). Informal, very friendly staff. Nice ambience in old industrial building. Only a smalle 'mistake': why no asparagus the menu? The regional gold... and, just in season.Well thanks for taking your time, we as a team really appreciate it. We love to hear from our guest everytime they dine with us, if there is anything else we can do, just let us know and we be on top of it, again. See you soon at ONE!

This is not a restaurant review! We only visited the excelllent terrace overlooking the river Maas and just had a few beers and a plate of snacks which was arguably the best value plate of snacks we have ever sampled. Hence this "very good": if the restaurant matches the plate of "tapas", we would be very glad to have dinner as well.For less than 10 Euros, two people shared an "borrelplank" and got a miexd plate of seafood (salmon, mackerel, calamari,...) meat and cheese with several dip sauces and bread. An eclectic beer menu provided a dangerous temptation for people who were bound to be on the road and who have a drink-drive conscience.

I used to have a very good experience with this restaurant, but I was quite disappointed during our last visit (with the whole family). Service was below expectations, not too friendly, while prices were relatively high .... Maybe we were there on a bad day ........

The restaurant is located on the side of a beautiful lake in Panheel, close to Roermond. The building itself is really stylish and modern. Outside there are hip design bars with purple lights and candlight. The restaurant is on the top floor, so it functions a the roof of the terrace below. You enter the restaurant via a long stairs, with candle lights on the side. The interior has the same modern touch: it's edgy, with purple lights and gigantic light bulbs. I really liked it.The staff is so kind. They welcomed us with some nice beers at the bar and an appetizer of kangaroo meat. We went for a four course meal, with fish, pigeon, duck and chocolate. It was a delight.

This review is based on just one visit on a balmy August evening, spent in the hotel's courtyard. So take it for what it can or cannot represent. The setting at least was pleasant. The indoor restaurant, where we had breakfast, would also provide for a nice setting.As we were staying at the hotel and arriving rather late, we decided to have dinner and chose the so-called "surprise" set menu for 33 Euros (three courses). You choose for either fish or meat version (no vegetarian option was suggested, although the à la carte does have a number of vegetarian dishes). If you lay your fate in the chef's hands, you might expect something surprising: alas, not many surprises came our way. The fish option was a starter of scampi, smoked trout and salmon, mains was rather overdone seawolf and dessert a mix of chocoloate mousse and ice cream. To meet with a lactose problem, the other dessert was an unsurprising bowl of cut fruit. After a long day's cycling, this was barely enough food to get us through the night. The cooking was OK, the surprise for us was the lack of invention. To add a plus: contrary to many a restaurant in this part of the world (certainly in Belgium), this place did not frown on patrons who do not order a usually overpriced bottle of wine. We sampled excellent beers that were excellent matches with the food.
