I visited Santa Fe for the first time, for business.I had read good comments on tripadvisor and decided to have dinner at this restaurant. The ambience, decoration, service and quality of the ingredients were excellent. It was so good that I decided to return the night after. They invited me with a drink upon arrival, which was very good. The second night, they had a different one, which was also really good. The Chef invites you with a small appetizer, as well.I had red meat (tenderloin) on the first might, which was prefectly cook (as Inordered it bleu), the potatoes with the truffle oil were delicious. On my second visit, I tried a starter (grilled octopus) which had some sand or something. As soon as I noticed it, I shared it with the waitress and they brought another one right away. I also ordered carrot gnocchi with a mushrooms sauce, which were very good. The wine list is very good. I definetely recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Santa Fe. It is located at the lobby level of the Casino Hotel, but it is very quiet and relaxing.

In a warm and refined atmosphere, our chef, Mariano Acosta, delights you with a fabulous a la carte menu, with recipes that will satisfy all pleasures and palate requirements for the most demanding clients.
Due to travel and dining-out fatigue (we had been on the road by now for almost 3 weeks), we decided for a simple eat-in at our hotel restaurant - and did not regret the decision. While the ambience was somewhat subdued in this location that also seves as the breakfast area, the food and service were quite good. For appetizers we ordered the salad with greens, substantial wedges of camembert cheese, roasted thin slices of pear, toasted almonds and rounds of prosciutto - excellent! For mains: chicken drum stick stuffed with dried tomatoes and served with parmesan in a mustard sauce together with quinoa sauteed with toasted almonds and sultanas, as well as panzotti pasta filled with pumpkin and mozzarella in a bacon and basil cream sauce, very tasty but on the very heavy side. We chose an Alma Mora pinot noir from Bodegas Finca las Moras, a very nice mid-bodied wine with fantastic taste. Overall quite a happy in-house experience. Total cost USD57 for two.
