We enjoyed all the dishes which we found generous and tasty and the staff took time and gave attention to detail. The atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant. A wonderful evening with a. classical violin and pianist. We were advised that booking is a good idea so we arranged over the web.The menu is varied and we enjoyed every dish. It really is! We have been coming to Madeira for 20 years and have dined at âCome Together â since it opened and Mary and Eduardoâs previous restaurant always a very warm welcome and the food never disappoints. Fish with banana, salmo-on-the-stone and many other dishes that never fail to delight. With music on Saturday and Sunday evenings is just like a family party. We have visited Crisâs and Crisâs Place several times in the last few years and this is the first time we have left feeling disappointed. We generally choose the concept menu, but this time we were not impressed with the wine offered and had to request an alternative. Also, the sauce served with the tuna steak tasted was very salty and quite overpowering.Dear TA member,Sorry to read that you did not liked our food and services.We would like to know, if you give another chance to the restaurant, to prove we are much better what you describe in where.We are wondering if you have any suggestion how we could do this in a better way.Thank you for taking the time to write this review.We hoop to see you soon.Best Regards,Cris´s Restaurant.

It is rare to find a restaurant where both of us wants to come back instead of trying something new when we are on vacation. Their specials are outstanding, unique and high quality. The service is excellent and even though we have been here multiple times, we are likely to return.

I had a recommendation so went for lunch. We sat outside in the courtyard, which was very pleasant... tables were spread out well, not so close to other tables. Good choices on the menu, but even with all the choice I decided to have the Scabbard fish again in Madeira, but this time with an almond crust. A starter of bruschetta was very good. The fish was delicious, it could have been slightly dry on its own, but came with a good bowl of sauce, along with potatoes and salad. The Polvo was gorgeous, I almost wish I'd chosen that, but I can have next time! We finished with a passion fruit Panna Cotta which was delicious. With a half bottle of Casal Garcia it was a really lovely lunch for a very reasonable price. Thank you, will come here again sometime.

We visited Restaurante Martucci after seeing several excellent feedbacks on TA. Martucci is an excellent eatery with a very capable crew and exceptional food. Our visit became a very good experience for me and my wife.My wife choosed Salmon tartar with avocado and cucumber (see the picture). I had Shrimp ravioli with crab sauce and basil. Both starters were done to perfection. We also very much enjoyed the wonderful and generous garlic bread we were given after a few minutes. We had the Spesial Consept Menu to 35 EUROS per person, including different wines and so on. We both choosed Fillet Beef which were perfect. For dessert I had Panacotta with mango and black berry. Unforgettable! One of my best desserts ever! My wife's favourite is Tiramisu, and she is determined that this course is a parametre of the chef's skill. The Tiramisu at Martucci was her best ever! A marvelous evening! We were lucky to visit Martucci om our second day at Madeira-holiday. We will come back in a few days, for this restaurant is well worth visiting. Situated in an elevated position at the end of the beach, the restaurant has an unbeatable view on the beach and the village (especially from the small terrace). Menu is typical Maderian. Our fish (parrot) and squids were good. Service was efficient but not smily. Prices were reasonable for the fish of the day and slightly above average otherwise. Overall a good choice.
