Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the lush tropical atrium amidst an orchard of exotic fruit and spice trees. Enjoy the garden's tranquility while savoring the alluring aroma of kaffir lime, Ceylon cinnamon and white guava and listening to the indoor spring.

Medley delivers quality and value. We have eaten here on two or three occasions and always been happy with setting, service, food and value. The last time we went with family, we had the most amazing desert ever, a kind of re-envisioned, taken apart and put pack together, tiramisu--beautiful to look at and a wow to eat. We also had the lemon souffle, wonderful as well. A great place with a casual sophistication rarely found outside of major urban centers. Go!

My boyfriend and I found out about this place from trip advisor, and we are glad that we did! They were actually scheduled to close at 4 pm when we stopped by at 4:30 pm, but they were happy to throw together some food for us. We shared a Taos bowl, a raw salad, some "sushi", and some complimentary apple cider. Everything was delicious and healthy! We'll definitely make a point to come here next time we are in Taos. We wish we had a restaurant like this in Albuquerque.

At De la Tierra, you can enjoy the local, seasonal flavors that make Taos unique. The restaurant features two seating areas: a more formal dining room and a more casual setting in The Gardens.
We stayed at El Monte Sagrado and enjoyed very much De La Tierra restaurant. Food was very fresh and well prepared, we had breakfast and dinner. Everybody was very nice and attentive to every need. Maria specially at breakfast time was wonderful.

Check out my lunch ~ Picadillo Bison Empanadas: Bison, raisins, tomatoes, onions, Kalamata olives, and spices, simmered in a sweet and savory sauce, baked into a pastry dough crust. Served with a side salad.Simply delicious! Our waitress was such a thoughtful individual with a wonderful energy and provided some great suggestions to stop at in Taos. We weren't in a rush and loved the laid back pace.p.s. Easy to miss on the left when you're on 64 heading South/East - in the back of the other shops so keep a look out and turn around if you go to far!Be well LipstickWarriors

Sit outside on the patio if the weather permits. That's the best way to experience the restaurant. The menu is outstanding with a full selection of appetizers, soups, salads and entrees. They all have small tweeks to make them uniquely New Mexico. They also have a full bar and small, but excellent wine list. They carry several Mew Mexico wines including a good sparkling wine. In addition to the regular menu, they have nightly specials. The night we were there they had a small plate of muscles cooked in a cream sauce with green chile and a creamy potato soup. We enjoyed both immensely. We both had the prime rib special, medium rare and medium, and were both happy with the way they were cooked. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening.

We are in Taos for a bridge tournament, and went out to dinner at this restaurant this evening after today's play. The dining room was very nice, the food ditto, the prices ditto. Negatives would be that parking was difficult and service was slow, but I think service is slow most places now because of the tight labor market. We would happily go back.
