Pushkar, apart from being one of the holiest cities in India, is also full of tourists. In fact the entire city is based on tourism, both foreign and domestic. The restaurant scene is growing by "pizzas and Bask 'n Robbins!" This place has, over the past couple of years, made an effort to keep apace. Still a little dusty, still a little oily, still a little better than many others.

We had breakfast here and ti was delicious. Their honey banana porridge was fantastic and the staff trying to keep the monkeys away provided us with great entertainment as we ate. Would definitely return. Take a book and relax in the sunshine overlooking the lake of Pushkar. Fantastic.

after 4 days in pushkar eating falafel on main bazar we tried sanjay's restaurant, what a shame we didn't go there earlier !The food is terrific, we had masala dosa, paneer dosa the special thali (special recommandation for this one) and paneer butter massala, all of those dishes were delightful, the service is good and the view is fantastic (i's recommend for a couple, even though a group of friend would fit be awesome as well)Don't be afraid of the "typical indian street food" front of the restaurant, just climb the stairs and enjoy, i promised you won't be disapointed.oh and the prices .... well the special thali was 110 Rs so ...i let you check elsewhere in pushkar if you can find better and cheaper, good luck.

We visited this cafe a little late in the evening. Although it is quite popular there were hardly any customers as the city shuts down by 9. We had cannelloni. The food is absolutely delish. The ambience is.... well... blue! It also has a rooftop which offers a good view. I would suggest you go there during the daytime for the lake view. The staff is friendly but keeps on disappearing in between and we had to go downstairs and ask for the bill.

THE LAUGHING BUDDHA CAFE HAS MOVED ...to bigger and better premises! Yes, it's a little sad, and even slightly disturbing, to see the stairs we painted to advertise the Laughing Buddha Cafe now used to advertise another restaurant! Don't be fooled by it a
This place is amazing. I cannot understand (from our experience) how it would be possible to rate less than 5 stars. The salads were just delicious, freshly prepared and really interesting. Itâs not often something that healthy is that tasty. Ambience in the place was really nice too. Only downside was that the service was a little confused and disinterested at times but when the food is that good you can just throw it at me and Iâll be happy. Final note, the banana cake with homemade peanut butter is next level stuff. SO GOOD.
