We use Alex quite a lot but the breakfast buffet is really nice and a great selection of hot and cold choices. From the usual continental meats and cheeses to scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes etc. Highly recommend you book though as its so busy!

I arrived very late in Paderborn at 10 Pm. I was lucky this restaurant was openGreat atmosphere, service and the Burger was perfect.V reasonable prices.

Can they cater to a large group? Yes, they can. We had dinner with a group of 20 people and they were able to serve "a la carte" and well in time. There were others in the restaurant/bar too, and to me, it seemed these guests were served properly as well.As for the type of dinner: I would say typical German. Not directly my preference; though it worked for most of the attendees.
