Find out what International restaurants to try in Lihue. Lihue, Kauai's capital city, is also served by the island's only airport, making it the most popular port of entry to Kauai and a hub of industry on this small island. However, Lihue retains its island charm and emerald beauty despite its urbanization. Spend the day sunbathing and dipping into the temperate waters at Kalapaki Beach before enjoying a luau at Kilohana Plantation. Step out of town to witness breathtaking Wailua Falls cascading over tiered stone to a drop of 80 feet.

A favorite of both locals and visitors with an appealing menu selection and friendly staff. We offer something to please everyone. Sports viewing, live music, dancing, trivia night and karaoke (select nights). Happy Hour and food specials daily. Family fr
We stopped for lunch and ordered 2 burgers and a BLT. Service was very good and the burgers were hand-pressed thick burgers made from good quality local beef. The BLT had a good amount of bacon, but for some reason the bottom slice of toast was wet.Rob's is a sports bar with a local vibe. It was very busy and the quality and quantity of the food we saw being carried by looked good.I plan to return to Rob's in the future to try a few other dishes, but the hamburgers are really good.

Savor island-inspired dishes at Kukui's on Kalapaki Beach, an international restaurant located in beautiful Lihue, Hawaii. Experience a perfect blend of global and Hawaiian flavors in our delicious fare. Enjoy tasty cuisine for breakfast buffet, al fresco
If I was to go back I'd opt for the salad bar and nothing else. Lots of roasted veggies and the rolls and butter should not be missed. The poke bowl was underwhelming and sadly so was everything else.

Enjoy island-inspired dished in a picturesque setting at Kukui's on Kalapaki Beach. Our oceanfront restaurant features outdoor shaded seating overlooking the Pacific paired with an array of local dishes and craft cocktails. Find us inside of Kaua'i Marrio
Trip Advisor really needs a meal category for Happy Hours. Kukui's is solid. This recently renovated, beachfront bar is superb for drinks and pupus. The highlight of the menu, and my vote for best bang for the buck on the island, is the Spicy Poke Bowl, during happy hour, for $7. See photo. Truly a magical combination of flavors, textures, unami, salty, crispy, fresh, rice, smooth slight heat, a majestic accomplishment to be able to serve this for the price. It is an appetizer sized portion, but WOW. Great bartenders, terrific view, friendly folks, what more do you want. If you think hotel food isnt for you, think again, this Kauai stalwart has had many of the same employees for over 20 years. Join this Ohana, you will fit in. Best of Kauai, solid gold.
