An excellent experience on all counts. We were greeted at the door, seated immediately, and were well taken care of throughout the evening. The pappardelle and rösti were among the best Iâve had anywhere in Switzerland. We were there for my wifeâs birthday, and the staff did an outstanding job making the occasion special.

we came in here and loved the place the waiters where all really really nice and the food was great when we got the bill we got charged for 2 salads instead of one as it turned out I had one salad and went back to the buffet to take a little more cabbage and dressing they charged me for a full portion instead of telling me a second serving would be a whole new salad if I had known I could have made a choice there was a sign high up on the bar with small letters saying one serving only but you really had to look for it and the owner who was right there second time could have told me when she say I only took some small cabbage and dressing I tried to tell her in a friendly way but she was super rude to bad on a place like that with such friendly staff and good food

This is a wonderful place, the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, the ambiance is cozy and the setting is simply beautiful. We had a wonderful evening at Parkhotel Quellenhof restaurant. We particularly appreciated the quality of the food, which is exquisite, the charm of the restaurant and the pleasantness of the staff, nice and discreet. The waiter was excellent at recommending wine to accompany courses and could read into customerâs tastes. This place is a wonder and I would book my whole stay there if I were to come back to Leukerbad.

My stay here from family run hotel was lovely, I was well looked after, friendly environment from staff and guests, and most importantly it was clean. Good location, near an amazing outdoor spa. 100% recommend it.

On décide de manger à lâhôtel.2 restaurants au choix, le Malvoisie ou on prend le petit déjeuner et la brasserie dans la même salle avec le même personnel.Le 1er gastronomique, le 2ème Le Brasserie que lâon choisi.On nous conseille les asperges pas sur la carte.Je choisi la salade avec des grosses crevettes puis un tartare avec Åuf et mon épouse lâescalope panée sauce Béarnaise et endives.La salade immense et parfaite a largement suffit pour 2.Le tartare très bien préparé mais pas à table et on ne mâa demandé comment je lâaimais était pour moi trop fade et je nâai pas osé commander un cognac pour ne pas faire honte !LâÅuf est au plat et découpé au laser pour être ajusté parfaitement sur la viande .Lâescalope de veau était très bonne, un peu grasse et beaucoup de panure que ma femme a mis de côté.Comme on avait la chambre ,Desaley, jâai choisi ce vin .Bref on a bien mangé et terminé là repas avec un digestif chacun avant de retourner en chambre.Belle soirée mais chère pour une brasserie Fr 200.-Mais câest pas une Brasserie.
