Really nice hotel restaurant by the beach. Great food and drinks, funky vibe to it.Our waiter Ugix was so attentive and welcoming. Great place for families, couples, friends to hang, has nice private romantic table with candles on the beach too. I've become bored with Italian food, but on our last night in Kuta this restaurant looked romantic. Magnifico. I'd forgotten how much I did enjoy Italian food. We had a tasty brochette starter, I had the lasagna-excellent, my wife had the penne carbonara-also excellent. Lots of cheese and sauce as it should be. All served hot and delicious. We had a very nice gelato banana split as well. Their house Two Island pinot noir was quite good too. Good service and a very enjoyable dinner. I downloaded TA just so I could leave this review. This Cafe is the best! It's a nice little sanctuary on the busy streets of Kuta. The interior is well decorated and the low lights are calming (good for hangovers.) The food was excellent. As good as you can expect from a cafe in the west/Australia. The prices are very reasonable. The Cappuccino I had was the best Coffee I've had in my entire month in Bali!!If you want a western style breakfast, this is exactly what you're looking for.

Had minimal breakfast choice at the hotel we were staying at so went to the Pad on Legian twice for breakfast and twice for dinner. Had the big breakfast which was a big breakfast!!!! Freshly squeezed orange juice and cold. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced foodSo glad!

We ate here on 3 different occations in a 7 night period.This place is off the beaten track and only small.Compared to most places we ate, this ws really cheap.We had the nasi goreng and the mei goreng - amazing!!!!!!The only 2 downsides were that the wifi was slow (which i suppose isnt the end of the world) and on 2 occasions, service was slow. But the food was soooooooo good.

On the up side the staff is friendly and the drinks are good. Unfortunately the food was not that great. The sizzling prawns were just ok. The veal had the taste and texture of an old steer. The sauce was an unbalanced amateurish attempt at a very simplistic butter caper sauce. It did have olives which was a nice touch but not enough to save it.
