Restaurant ClemenS â Enjoy a wonderful meal with a view of the Rhine here with us to feel the same magic. At ClemenS we embrace influences from all over the world, integrating them into traditional European cuisine to create something completely new. From
We ate here twice on the terrace with great service and food day one; service dropped off a lot 2nd night due to large group and understaffed wait crew. They kept up a great attitude but felt sorry for them. Expensive as one would expect Michelin-rated restaurant. Little options if you are staying at the hotel (Diehl's) because the ferry stops at 6 and it's a long cab ride to the other side. Dear Guest,Thank you very much for visiting our restaurant ClemenS. And thank you for letting us know your comments. We are glad to hear that overall you enjoyed the food and service offered at our restaurant. Our crew will love to hear that. We are looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future.Best regards,Family Diehl-Mehlhorn & Team

The beer garden isl located in the park along the Moselle river. The location is just lovely.Becaue of the time, we went to the self-service restaurant. The food is not expensive, therefore the quality is just averageService is not particularry friendly. There's toilet building in the center of the beer garden; if you need to go there, ask fot a free ticket at the cash desk.

Sat down here at 8pm on a Saturday evening. It was quite busy. It was difficult to get attention, you had to chase a waitress rather than them coming to you.Ordered drinks, starter and main course. Drinks came fairly quickly. Starter arrived at 8.30pm. Then we sat until 9.30pm with no food. We were sat next to a group of 4. The 1st diner had finished his meal before the 4th diner had got their food. At 9.30 I asked where the food was and I was told 'We only have a small kitchen'. I don't class myself as a business genius but the obvious answer is have less tables. Waitresses seem to be coming out with just one plate at a time.At 9.40 after waiting 1 hour 10 minutes for my meal, I paid for my drinks and left.Wild horses wouldn't drag me back there.

There's a handy group of restaurants opposite where the cruise & day trip boats dock and next to the cable car station. This is one, with a wide range of Italian and German dishes on offer.Good service - with English understood - and generous portions. A good stop to refresh before exploring more of Koblenz.

We absolutely loved this restaurant for a family of 5 lunch out. Teenagers enjoyed the fresh options, the Superfood Salad was one of the best I ever had, and the beverages were innovative and cool. Would highly recommend for anyone wishing to have a sit down, relaxed lunch.Hi Karen, thank you so much for your nice review and that you liked our place and the food. We'll look forward to welcome you back again.Your ALEX Team

The restaurant has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Mosel river and is a great spot for pre-dinner drinks. The food is straightforward, good, tasty and well cooked. All your German favorites are available. We had a Schnitzel and a Gordon Blue, both really delicious, with a side salad and fries & gratin potatoes. Before the meal a nice 'Strudel' of assorted mushrooms was served as amuse. A nice touch by the friendly and professional service team.

There are few eateries open on a grey Sunday night in Koblenz in late October but this was one of them. From the outside it looked cosy and there were other diners inside so we took a chance. We entered into a room similar to a traditional English pub but could see another much larger room beyond. The waitress was pleasant and the place looked clean. We each had a Konig Pilsner, and to eat a zanderfilet which came with vegetables and a pasta dish with mushrooms in a creamy sauce for a total of 36 Euros. It was perfectly acceptable but nothing outstanding.
