Since we stayed at the Hotel Mulberry, we ate at a restaurant near this hotel. It is very dangerous to walk at night since the sidewalks and roads were loaded with pot holes. This restaurant was very close to the above hotel and served very good food. It appears to be a favorite of the non Asian population. Many trekker's from Europe and Australia were there. The staff was very welcoming and the food was very good. They offered a variety of ethnic foods which can be served mild or spicy.

MEZZE by Roadhouse is an inspiring restaurant/cafe, combining an industrial atmosphere with an excellent variety of world cuisine. The mission is to have not only a great food selection but set an international benchmark in the restaurant field in Nepal.
Great atmosphere& Vegan Pizza is OK. Sad to see so much barbaric Animal options. Sadly this restaurant has no respect for Health of our Earth, Health of their customers & is harm to cause massive cruelty & murder of billions of Sentient Beings all for a bloody steak. Please wake up, practice; Ahimsa & as the Buddha said....Cause no Harm or Suffering! thank YouDear Valued Customer,Thank you for the thoughtful review and ratings, we appreciate the time and thought given to share your dining experience with us, it most certainly is good to know that you enjoyed the vegetarian pizza option and the ambiance thought you disliked the non-vegetarian options being in majority. We will most certainly consider the mentioned opinion and we do look forward to seeing you again soon!Mezze by Roadhouse Kathmandu, Nepal

When the sun shines, which is often in Kathmandu, our delicious food can be served to our rooftop garden, on our upper decks and our main promenade. This provides a more casual approach to the Ship's dining experience and there are spaces for over 60 dine
This was our final evening in Kathmandu and we were pleased we chose the Ship. The staff are friendly and efficient. We had obtained a special cake for our tour leader which they happily stored in their fridge and produced with appropriate ceremony later. One of our number claimed that the fried ice-cream was the best dessert she had ever had!

We passed by and like the atmosphere in the cafe Mitra and decided to have dinner there the next day. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we went to the cafe almost at closing time. One of the staff is not tactful, and telling us in a not friendly manner that it is closing time.Trying to get us out. He could have said it in a better way.

Places - or Thau (ठाà¤à¤) - is a cosy vegetarian restaurant quietly situated on Seven Corners, a side-street of the busy Thamel area. Whether you come in groups to hangout or alone to work on your travel photos, Places offers a relaxed environment. Places
We wanted to have breakfast there. Entered and the place looked lovely. Said Namaste to the waitress twice. No response. Then we approached, said good morning. No response. He was just looking down to his phone. It was really impossible that he didnât notice us. Then we got real close and said âHello?â (one more time). Finally he lifts his head for only a second and pointes to a table for us. And that was it. Turned our back and left.Who ever is working in a restaurant has more then the responsability to be at least polite. Maybe it was a bad day for him or the restaurant has other waitresses, but donât think that was a reasonable attitude.Maybe the food was great, but a restaurant isnât only about food. Not coming back...

Our casual dining with lush greenery is tucked away in a beautiful courtyard garden, the kind of alfresco outdoor dining, away from the bustle of the streets of Thamel..From a healthy or hearty breakfast, to a light or luscious lunch, or a simply divine d
It may cost a few more rupees than other Thamel restaurants, but you will not find a more beautiful retreat from the bustle of the street or tastier menu items than Melrose. I stopped for lunchtime appetizers; both wings and fries were delicious. But the real pluses are the peaceful setting and the friendly service. Quiet jazz music also sets the right tone.

Blueberry Kitchen & Coffee Shop has been established by an experienced team of professionals in the Food and Hospitality Industry. We ensure quality in both our food and service.
After seeing good reviews here, we went there to try it out a few weeks ago. I don't know what happened maybe the chef was on a holiday break. Food was so bad. I ordered the signature stuffed chicken, it tasted bland, soggy chicken, waterry sauce the whole dish tasted almost like it was frozen and cook it in the microwave. My partner ordered the Khana set, it was bad too tasteless. Then dessert was blueberry cheesecake that tasted like a piece of frozen cream with sugar.
