Welcome to Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse. Your hosts, Lisa McMahon and Bert Jones, invite you to experience the warmth and hospitality of their authentic 1860âs log cabin. Built by John Gaskins in 1864, the original cabin has been home to many great memories a
What a great meal we had at Gaskin Cabin 10/4/19. We have been there many times before for Corvette Weekend. Tom was our server and he was outstanding! Didnât have to ask for a thing...very tentative to his customers needs. The prime rib is to die for! Five of us had the prime rib dinner, salad, baked potato and pasta (house specialty that was wonderful). If you donât care for a potato get the pasta. One had the fillet and loved it! Was kind enough to bring one of the ladies a key lime pie as we celebrated with her. The restaurant is quaint and beautifully decorated. Very nice atmosphere. A most go to restaurant if youâre In Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Thanks for a fabulous evening!!Ruth St. Louis Corvette Club

We stumble on this dog friendly patio, looking for a brunch spot after camping at Kingâs Outfitters. It was nothing shot of spectacular. The habanero infused bloody Maryâs were amazing, accompanied with a bottle of sparkling Prosecco. The server recommended an amazing stuffed poblano egg scramble with mango salsa that was out of this world, and gingerbread waffles with pecans. I am from Fayetteville and this brunch spot blew me out of the water. The cherry on the cake was my first time to experience biscuits with chocolate gravy, it was like heaven in your mouth. Must try spot, I would be very interested in going back for dinner.

We were at Sparky"s last Saturday with another couple for dinner after a day of scuba diving at Beaver Lake. The wait was only 15 minutes (not bad on a busy Saturday evening) and the service was fairly good. Two of us had their signature burgers and they built a BLT for my wife since one was not on the menu. These were quite good and the fries were to die for. I ordered their fajitas nachos and they were not worth the calories. The cheese-like substance on the nachos was the kind poured out of some generic can, the onions and green peppers were not fresh but stringy and limp, and the few chicken flakes I found was nothing like normal fajitas chicken. I suspect it also came from a very small can of generic chicken pieces. To say it was The prices were higher than expected and our server messed up our tab was too high by about $6 or so. We did not want argue it so we just paid and left. Dont think we will be back - too many other good restaurants in the town. Thanks for the nice words about our burgers and fries...as to the chicken fajita nachos, sorry you didn't care for them. We make our own queso, not from a can, we roast chicken, then cut it into bite size pieces, not from a can..., the peppers and onions are sauteed with our fajita sauce that we also make, not from a can. we serve 5 ounces of chicken on the order..more than 1/4 of a pound. As far as the prices, yes, we are more expensive than McDonald's, but compared to other restaurants that cook everything from scratch, we are very comparable or even cheaper...if your bill was wrong, then we were at fault, for that i apologize. never worry about speaking up if the bill was incorrect. Also, if you had told us that you didn't like the nachos, we would have gladly replaced it or at the very least taken it off you bill. Sorry again that you didn't enjoy your Sparky experience, give us another try...we'll try harder!

Built onto an enclosed deck overlooking a wooded ravine, the dark plank siding and wood floor made for a cozy and picturesque setting for pretty darn good cooking at Bombadil's. We savored midday Sunday fare with freshly brewed coffee. One of us chose the "Fatty Lumpkin's" breakfast that turned out to be a much more gourmet version of an egg McMuffin; built on an English muffin, this recipe has bacon, sausage, fried egg and crispy potatoes. Our other entree was a lovely roasted tomato and cheese grilled on beautiful hand sliced home-made quality white bread. The side salad with this sandwich was mixed greens, blueberries and thin turnip dressed with a delicious house mixed creamy maple mustard dressing. Yum!
