Things to do in Hayes
The food here is so nice! The waiter we usually have is also lovely, but the last waitress was not accommodating at all. I ordered from the lunch menu (and yes I could have definitely been clearer) and didnât receive what I thought I ordered. The waitress refused to change the order (just needed to add chips as my meal was the same price with it without chips) and told me I was wrong. Not very happy with this service at all. This is usually really nice so I hope this is a one off.Im disappointed to hear of your last experience at GG's and appreciate the honest review, The lunchtime Deal does come with hand cut fries and yes it is a one off sadly. I have highlighted this incident with the staff. We hope to see you soon and would love to offer you a dessert on the house.Kind Regards,GG's

We had an absolutely lovely breakfast here, as hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was rich with pastries, cheese, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables, juices, made to order eggs, coffee and more. The service was wonderful, too.

I had breakfast today at Orwell's. Typically all hotels in UK provide the full English or Continental breakfast, even Orwells does, however the restaurant size and the ambiance was excellent. The buffet was beyond the full English breakfast.

I generally have very low expectations of airport eating. So this place was remarkable. Even for a high street brasserie, this would have been would have been very good. But for an airport eatery, amazing. We had lobster, steak and chicken burger, with Laurent-Perrier and lovely service. Superb. event

Traditional English Pub and Restaurant a stones throw from Heathrow Airport. There has been a pub on site for 400 years and is one of Fullers, Smith, Turners, the local Brewers earliest purchases. The current building is almost 100 years old and has recen

Just off the Bath Road that runs along the edge of Heathrow airport is the Pheasant Restaurant. If you are staying at any of the numerous hotels on the terminal 2-3 side of Heathrow, this restaurant is within a 10 minute walk. Hotel dining rooms can be fine, but in the middle of a business trip it is sometimes nice to escape to a local restaurant filled with local people, not other jet-lagged road warriors. We chose the Pheasant where we had eaten several years ago. We ate in the restaurant (quieter and less crowded than the bar section) because we were joining a friend with whom we wanted to be able to talk. Good service, no pressure, very good food.** IF ** you like liver (not everybody does), the Pheasant serves exceptionally tender liver with onions. I highly recommend it.
