Eaten here several times as older friends like historic building. But the food is very poor ....their pasta sauce is watery just like their potato leek soup....not creamy. Lots of pasta on plate...low on cheese. Lots of bread with meals too. Low on substance and flavour in soup...don't understand why? Pastrami sandwich..thin slices like 2 thin slices of meat and 2 thin slices of cheese. This cook needs to go eat a proper smoked meat sandwich at Schwartz delicatessen in Montreal!. Seems you get pasta and bread to fill you up and low proper tasting quality proper flavoured food. Coleslaw very good. Dark chocolate cake delicious. Left and went out to eat a satisfying early supper in Milton. Always disappointed a food here trapped coming with friends and feel it is flushing expensive bill money down toilet. Staff very friendly. Food so disappointing.

We were in Guelph for an afternoon, and decided to go to Mandarin for dinner. This location had all the usual Mandarin chinese food buffet offerings, and quality was good (to be honest, it's almost the same as any other Mandarin in Southern Ontario). We got what we expected, and left satisfied.

I lived in Guelph and had never frequented the Albion before. I now live in Michigan but was visiting family in Guelph. Last week we went and spent almost 2 hours there mainly because the service was so slow. My daughter likes the place but me I won't be back. We even had to go to the bar area and wait just to pay the bill. Our waitress said she was working alone as the other server was sent home. Apparently they assumed it wouldn't get busy but it did. Cutting a few dollars of wages is not worth the potential for a repeat customer that may return numerous times. I agree not the servers fault however I didn't spent 80 plus to not enjoy my time out with my daughter and grandson. The place is run down too especially the rest room.

The Bun Bo Hue is tasty and makes me feel like home in Vietnam. The bubble tea is good , you can choose the tea that you refer and many choice of toppings. I love their in-house made tapioca without any preservative, chewy texture and you can even taste the cocoa flavour.
