One of my favor places to eat when in Gdansk. Very tasty, fresh breakfasts still worth the trip. Dinners until now pleased my palate well. However the red light went up when I ordered sea bream and zurek last week. The soup tasted like cream of muchroom from day before mixed with leftover zurek. The grilled fish tasted ok but grilled vegetables were swimming in olive oil.I will go again with the hope to give you better rating.Dear KitchenView, With great regret and sorrow we read your review. We tried the baked salmon, fish and chips and a salat. Everything was very tasty.The place was overloaded though, so we had to wait for a while to be served. Good option if you're not in a hurry.

This is a great Thai food restaurant, especially for an Asian travelling in Gdansk. Tasty food with prompt service.Only annoying factor is a big fan in the centre of the restaurant that blows gusty wind and makes you uncomfortable, unlike a smooth wind of an air-conditioner.Must eat here, if you are in the vicinity of the area. I've visited Filharmonia several times.Few years ago they offered molecular kitchen and that was really different and tasty.Unfortunately they serve now regular food, nothing special not on this price level.Nice but not experienced staff.We eat much better at Gospoda (Plac ZebraÅ Ludowych in Gdansk) and we paid less than a half what we had spent in Filharmonia.

Our first visit was brought about by being accosted by a very jovial gentleman on the street outside. The brewery and restaurant are downstairs in a series of cellars. Mostly the food is Polish orientated but there is also a pizza offer. We all enjoyed our meals, I went with the pork knuckle with sauerkraut which was delicious. There is a glass wall down one side of the main restaurant area displaying the fermenting tanks behind. The copper kettles for the brewery on display behind the bar. There is also a novel âbeer wallâ with 6 beers on offer. You load a credit card type of card and then you are free to pour as many samples as you want until your credit runs out, you just pay for what you pour. We enjoyed our evening so much we returned again a couple of nights later and enjoyed the experience and food just as much the second time round.

In this restaurant we experienced the warmth and helpfulness of Polish people. The first visit, was just after our VW California car was stolen in front of this restaurant. The waiters and the manager looked after us in this stressful moment, and helped us with the communication with police and the hotel reservation. The day after we went back to 'enjoy' an exellent diner and to thank Bart & his team. We lost are brandnew VW California for ever, but we won some new friends for good.Dear Marc!Yes, we met in a very stressful moment and we are really sad about what happend with you car. Our post about stolen car on Social Media was shared by thousands of people and we still hope that you will get back your VW California!Anyway, thank you for your visit and your warm words about us. I had the Polish breakfast and loved it. It came with both fresh and pickled vegetables. The bread and butter were also delicious. Would recommend!Thank you very much for your very kind review. We are glad to know how much you enjoyed yourself. Please come again and not just for breakfast. We change our menu three times a year, so please ask our staff what's new the next time you come around.

Was looking for something to eat whilst killing time before I was due at the airport. The very friendly, polite and helpful street promotion guy approached me and explained the menu. The service was consistently excellent throughout. Fast, efficient and friendly. Pizza and fries were both very tasty and very well priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a table reservation for this vegan restaurant in the old town of Gdansk. I tought I'd see only tourists, but at least in the evening I visited the restaurant most of the quests vere polish. I'm not vegetarian as my traveling companion is. I'll say nevertheless that the food was excellent. If you are a vegetarian this is a must, and even if your not this is an excellent choise.
