Visited a few times last year and really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere, so couldn't wait to return this year! Everything just the same, we actually visited 6 times over 5 days! Best breakfast I've had in a long time! Large menu, loads of choice plus some half portions for smaller appetites. Very popular with Portuguese visitors, great value and very friendly service! Just behind the main street, Def worth searching out! Oh and the sangria was lovely!

Our Portugal vacation had been in planning for many months to include an evening at one of the countries twenty three Michelin Star restaurants. We settled on Bon Bon for a multitude of reasons, then booked. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. Nuno and his staff from the start of the reservation to saying good night to you, make sure that when you leave, youâre left with feelings of, âwow, that was an amazing eveningâ. We chose the six course menu with wine pairing. We enjoyed every single course plus the extra delights that a very talented Chef Louis Anjos has created. Was our first real experience with Portuguese wine and felt that Nunoâs selection for each course was matched beautifully. My wife said it best, âIâve never been anywhere for almost four hours that I didnât think of being somewhere else at least once.âBravo Bon Bon!We are extremely happy to read that you both enjoyed your 6-course menu with wine pairings, thank you so much for having chosen Bon Bon as your Michelin Star restaurant on this occasion! The food is delicious and well priced and the restaurant itself is really nice, with seating inside and outside. During a 16 day holiday in Ferragudo, my wife and I were able to experience the wonderful cuisine of many fine restaurants and Italia was so good, we had dinner at this restaurant twice. The restaurant is situated in the heart of the town square which provides a wonderful ambience for dining. During our first visit, my wife and I shared the Paella which was absolutely delicious and so plentiful, that we had a hard time finishing the meal. But we did have enough room to sample their fine selection of desserts. During our second visit, my wife selected the sirloin steak while I had ordered the diavola pizza which was absolutely delicious. The service was very efficient with the waiters and waitresses that served us, very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I visited Hamburgueria after reading some good reviews. We were not disappointed. We both had the Liberty burgers which were delicious. The chips were also lovely. We dined outside but there is a gorgeous indoor dining space available too. Would definitely recommend

I have been in Alvor for the last 10 days and have eaten out every night. A day trip to Ferragudo was recommended so I went there by bus and water taxi. Ferragudo is beautiful and I loved wandering around and then decided to have lunch at this restaurant. It looked great value at â¬14.50 for 3 courses including wine and coffee so my expectations were quite low. I have to say that it is without doubt the nicest meal of my holiday. The golden bream/dourada was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. The half size bottle of white wine was good quality and the choice of desserts impressive. I really couldn't fault the meal and would certainly recommend this restaurant. It was well worth the journey and terrific value for money. A family of 6 and we all enjoyed our food. We had a variety of starters, garlic bread, chicken liver, beetroot with feta, walnuts & orange, mussels in garlic butter and mozzarella and tomato, all delicious. We all had different burgers for our main and again couldnât fault them. I particularly enjoyed my chicken burger with wasabi and avocado with out a bun. We will be visiting again!
